The residence has closed private parking and landscaped garden.
Brand new, comfortable apartment, fully air conditioned. Two main rooms with direct access to a south-facing terrace, offering a lovely sea view.
Composed of a fully equipped American kitchen, living room with sofa bed 140. Walk-in shower-dishwasher-washing machine-microwave-TV-Blu-Ray DVD player + DVD DviX + MPEG-garden furniture-deckchairs- (bed linen rental).
Privileged location to discover the south of Bonifacio Island 1H15; 1 hour Porto-Vecchio; 1H10 Ajaccio.
For mountain lovers, the Aiguilles de Bavella are 1 hour and 15 minutes away. To relax, the Baths of Baracci or Caldanes with sulphurous waters, real Natural SPA await you.

Modern und sehr sauber

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, sauber und modern. Sehr gut auch das Sofa im Wohnzimmer, das mein Mann auch genutzt hat,da uns das Bett im Schlafzimmer doch etwas zu schmal war. Das Ein-und Auschecken war etwas mühsam, da die Besitzerin (sehr nett) kein Englisch oder Deutsch spricht ( und wir kein Französisch) Die Kommunikation fand nur über das Sprachprogramm am Handy statt, was teilweise nicht so gut funktioniert hat.

Excellent séjour dans un logement au top

Très bel appartement, très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Idéalement situé dans Propriano avec vue mer. A noter, aucun problème de stationnement dans la résidence. Accueil et prestations au top, nous y reviendrons à coup sûr !

Merci à notre Hôtesse, qui nous attendait à notre arrivée, un dimanche vers 17h00 et qui n'a pas été avare d'explications, toujours avec le sourire! Nous avons découvert un bel appartement, très propre, calme, dans lequel nous nous sommes immédiatement senti "chez nous"! Belle décoration, spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, terrasse très agréable avec vue mer et montagne! le top!... Merci à Madame Santucci pour sa gentillesse et et cette belle prestation! Nous gardons votre adresse pour nos amis ou un futur voyage en Corse!

L'appartement est parfaitement adapté par sa position géographique à ce que nous recherchions et totalement conforme aux photos qui sont publiées sur votre site. Tout d'abord, l'appartement est fonctionnel, confortable et bien équipé. De surcroit il est d'une proprété remarquable. Nous avons pu sillonner Propriano sans recours à la voiture car tous les commerçants sont très poches. Enfin, la qualité de l'accueil est à souligner. Très bel appartement de 2013 dans quartier résidentiel les jardins de Quatrina. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions 2 adultes mais le canapé est aussi convertible pour un couple avec un ado. Jolie cuisine ouverte idéal pour préparer un apéro dînatoire avec cette jolie vue. Très bien accueilli par Une propriétaire soucieuse de votre bien-être. Je recommande.
