Rundherum schöne Ferienanlage

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen, sie war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Für Familien mit Kindern ist sie auch bestens geeignet. Für mehrere Erwachsene eher nicht. Die Wohnung hatte einen sehr großen ,schönen Balkon mit Meerblick.Die Matratzen des Elternschlafzimmers waren recht durchgelegen und könnten mal erneuert werden . Ansonsten wären ein Backofen oder Toaster eine Bereicherung. Sonst war aber alles vorhanden . Der junge Mann der die Wohnung verwaltet war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Leider wird der Pool (eher klein und nicht sehr schön)und das Restaurant der Anlage Ende September geschlossen. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage erforderlich wenn man etwas von Sardinien sehen möchte. Landschaftlich liegt die Anlage aber sehr schön.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer.

Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage. Die Wohnung mit Traumaussicht aufs Meer ist liebevoll mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auto von Vorteil da die Wohnung etwas abgelegen ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Gepflegte Anlage, schönes und sauberes Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler relativ neu, Küchenzubehör reichlich. Allerdings keine Weingläser. Service und Anlage sehr schön, Lage gut. Die beiden Restaurants in der Residence sind gut. Erst ab Anfang Juni geöffnet. Pizza gibts bei beiden nur abends. Der Meerzugang ist teilweise etwas steinig. Badeschuhe sind ratsam. Das mit dem Pool war schwierig. Er war erst ab 8. Juni benutzbar und dann auch nur, wenn der Bademeister da ist, das Wetter perfekt passt und man muss mit Badekappe schwimmen. Ohne geht nichts. Die Appartements sind recht dicht beieinander und haben wenig Schallschutz, wenn alle belegt sind könnte es laut werden.

appartement super agréable

nous conseillons cet appartement, face mer vue très agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique. Le seul bémol en ce qui concerne la piscine il est fort dommage de nous obliger à mettre un bonnet même si nous avons les cheveux cours et que l'on ne met pas la tête sous l'eau. d'ailleurs en 1 semaine et demi nous n'avons vu que très peu de personnes dans l'eau.

Schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und wunderbar begrünt und bepflanzte Ferienanlage. Der Eingang der Ferienanlage ist beschrankt (inkl. Portier), so dass nicht jeder einfach auf die Anlage fahren kann. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Anlage, als auch innerhalb der Ferienanlage. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe des Einganges bietet das Nötigste für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung hat einem traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc.). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Anlage etwas abgelegen ist, braucht man unbedingt ein Auto um das Umfeld zu erkunden. Fußläufig ist kein Ort oder Siedlung in der Nähe. Aber die wunderschöne Costa Smeralda ist keine 30 Autominuten entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage, wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer

Im Appartment war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Vom Balkon ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. Nur wenige Meter bis zum kleinen Strand. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Im Oktober hat leider das Restaurant und der kleine Einkaufsladen geschlossen. Der Pool war saisonbedingt nicht mehr zugänglich. Sehr ruhig, da fast allein in der Anlage. Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich.

FANTASTIC!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Beautiful sea view and a huge terasse. Alessandro was very easy to work with. In the apartment there was everything you need. Great starting point for exporing the Smeralda coast. We can happy recommend it to everybody. We will be back!

sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis /schönesHaus

Die Anlage befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus selber ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt wird. Da wir in der Vorsaison da waren, hatten weder Pool noch Restaurant offen, das wussten wir aber vorher. Ganz unproblematisch war die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir konnten am Abreisetag bleiben, wie wir es brauchten. Die Vermieter Alessandro und Bruder Luca waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Im Vorfeld wurde alles problemlos geklärt. Auf unsere Anfragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine Antwort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, das würde ich auch empfehlen.Auf Sardinien selber ist noch vor Ostern nicht viel los- die Insel befindet sich im Dornröschenschlaf. Die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants sind noch geschlossen. Die Landschaft ist dafür umso wunderschöner und die Menschen sehr nett und gut gelaunt. Also lieber Alessandro Danke für dieses schöne Haus. Wir hatten eine prima Zeit auf Sardinien!! liebe Grüße aus Berlin
