Bon emplacement, appartement agréable, place de garage au top.Annonce : appart correspond globalement. L'annonce devrait préciser que tout le linge de maison est en option ainsi que le ménage. Éléments vu avec le proprio avant le séjour.Accueil : propriétaire présent et agréable, facilité d'arrivée. Il pourrait être amélioré avec la mise à dispo de quelques brochures touristiques.Globalement : je conseille cette adresse.

Idéalement situé

Proche du centre et du port, cet appartement calme est bien équipé et permet de profiter de cette belle ville de Vannes et ses environs. Propriétaire au petits soins et facilement joignable. A noter le garage privé à 2 pas.

Emplacement idéal

Gîte super bien placé à une minute du port de Vannes à pieds. Idéal avec un adolescent qui a son propre studio avec sa salle de bain. La cour intérieure permet de manger dehors. Le plus le garage dans le parking souterrain à côté de gîte. Benoît le propriétaire est super sympa et l'échange est facile.

Très bon emplacement tout près du port. Le plus grand appartement était tout à fait correct, par contre, le plus petit était vraiment trop petit, il sentait l'humidité et le renfermé.

La location est dans une rue calme tout en étant proche du port et du centre ville. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Très bon accueil

Très bon séjour !!

Propriétaire très accueillant, et qui nous a donné pleins de conseils de visites et restos!😄 La location est très bien placée dans le centre de Vannes, dans une rue réservée aux riverains ! Même si la météo n'était pas toujours de notre côté, il y a pleins de sites à visiter aux alentours. La ville est belle et dynamique, et la région est très intéressante et magnifique aussi! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Logement idéalement situé en centre-ville, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. La conception du logement permet une petite autonomie. Cependant, la propreté est à améliorer.

Idéalement situé

Le logement est vraiment idéalement situé, à quelques mètre du centre ville, sans les inconvénients et nuisances sonores d'un centre ville ! Le parking est clairement un gros plus pour stationner, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, mais malgré tout peu adapté aux enfants en bas âge (cuisine - chambres dans 2 batiments distincs) Un peu de rangement supplémentaire et une cuisine équipée serait également un gros plus ! Globalement je recommande ce logement et l'hospitalité de notre hôte ! :)

Property Disappointing

On arriving we were shocked and Disappointed with the conditions , Place was Dirty and in need of maintenance, No Bedding or Towels, we contacted the owner and He/She advised us where this was kept, in bags on stairs leading to other apartments. On finding this it was a mixture of old Tatty Bedding and grubby Towels.We managed to make a couple of non matching sets up and get 3 Towels per couple together. We were contemplating booking into a hotel but being late we decided to bite the bullet and see what Vannes was like and sleep on it. Vannes saved the day by being lovely.On the 2nd day we decided to clean the place a bit and just enjoy best we could. We stayed out of apartment as long as possible in fact just going back to get changed and sleep. We couldn't even spend much time on the Terrace as it got NO SUN And very little daylight being basically a centre well within four tall walls.Apartment pictures were/ Are misleading. All in All a very disappointing Property and the Only reason for our 2 STAR Overall experience is The Location and the Lovely City of Vannes

Comfortable accommodation in a great location.

The property is essentially a ground floor apartment with a main bedroom, shower/toilet, living area and kitchenette. There is a separate annex with two connected bedrooms and shower/toilet. Both parts lead onto a shaded outside dining area which also has a couple of loungers. Cooking facilities are basic but adequate. Beds are comfortable. The apartment also has secure underground parking about 30 metres away. The location is fantastic - within a 2 minute walk from the harbour and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby plus the wonderful fish market and the twice-weekly full market.

Appart très fonctionnel, à 2 pas du port, propriétaire très arrangeant!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable dans les 2 apparts du rez de chaussée, avec le patio privatif, très pratique! Appartements fonctionnels, propres et calmes (un appart donnait sur la rue, mais pas beaucoup de traffic). On a été aussi contents d'avoir trouvé du linge sur place et le lit bébé! On a beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'appartement, à deux pas du port, dans un quartier tranquille! Propriétaire sympathique, accueillant et très arrangeant, merci beaucoup Benoît!

Très bien situé

Appartement ancien et bien rénové, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Le patio est très sympa, les jeunes enfants peuvent y jouer en sécurité : il s'agit d'une petite cour close. L'équipement décrit dans l'annonce correspond à la réalité. Le propriétaire est sympa et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé : tout près du centre ville. Il donne sur une rue à sens unique, pas très passante. On fait tout à pied : vieille ville, le port, restaurants, boulangerie et tous les commerces. De Vannes, on accède très vite au Golfe du Morbihan en voiture. Pour la voiture : tous les stationnements sont payants à proximité de l'immeuble mais on trouve des places gratuites à 400 mètres (le propriétaire vous renseignera).

Spacious, great location, Good terrace. :-)

We had a great weeks stay in Vannes. The apartment spacious, clean and very comfortable. The apartment is a short 2 minute walk to the port and its in the centre of town. Fortunately the apartment came with secure underground parking. Benoit was a pleasure to deal with. We'll look forward to returning here again.

Charmante location au coeur du Golfe du Morbihan

Trés bel et grand appartement, propre, moderne, pratique et fonctionnel. Trés bien situé à 100 mètres du port avec son garage à proximité. Cet appartement possède un patio trés charmant et agréable. La maison a beaucoup de charme et de cachet grâce aux pierres et poutres apparentes, à noter que l'appartement reste frais quand fait chaud et à l'inverse il y fait bon quand il fait frais. La ville de Vannes et le Golfe sont des endroits sublimes à découvrir. L'accueil que nous avons reçu fut trés chaleureux, et le propriétaire est de bons conseils (visites á faire et lieux á découvrir) et est surtout à l'écoute ! En résumé : le Golfe du Morbihan est une destination à ne pas rater, si vous voulez tenter cette aventure n'hésitez pas á contacter le propriétaire de cet endroit oú il y fait bon vivre .....

le calme au coeur de la ville

Au rez de chaussée d'une Maison ancienne, au coeur de la ville, tout près des commerces, des restaurants, des remparts et du port. Nous avons apprécié de disposer de deux parties de logement autonomes, avec chacune ses sanitaires et salle de bain donnant sur une cour commune ombragée ; il y faisait bon par une semaine chaude en juillet dernier.
