Ottimo soggiorno

Bella Villa con tutti i confort e molto spaziosa sia all’interno che all’esterno. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti e corredata di tutto. Poi comodissima anche perché a 50 metri dal mare. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio. Proprietario che ci ha accolto gentilissimo!

We loved location but the interior facilities are dated and do not meet the standard expected

We had a great time here. The outside space is great as is the location to the beach. However, there is much that needs updating as the facilities are old and dated. Five star prices and two star facilitie. Both bathrooms need refitting and the kitchen cupboards are rotting! The sofas in the lounge have a couple of old bed sheets thrown over them. The tv did not work, although we didn't need to use it but if we had we could only watch African news channels! When we arrived our host ran around showing us stuff as though he could not get out quick enough. The location to the beach is great but a little bit out on the edges of town. 20 minute walk into town. The KM restaurant opposite is good though if you don't fancy the walk. We loved San Vito but would not stay in this house again.

Siamo stati a Villa Giulia tre settimane ad agosto e devo complimentarmi con Filippo, il proprietario, per la sua completa disponibilità, gentilezza e continuo interessamento! La casa è davvero bella, comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia, superaccessoriata e, cosa per noi fondamentale, ha un esterno davvero spazioso dove rilassarsi la sera e godere di un fantastico barbecue... Inoltre Filippo è stato prontissimo ad intervenire e risolvere quei piccoli inconvenienti occorsi durante il nostro soggiorno, ad organizzarci nel giro di pochi minuti due giorni fantastici in barca in vela e a renderci la vacanza davvero indimenticabile !!!! Grazie ancora !!!!!
