Ottima soluzione per una vacanza senza auto

Ottima villetta a schiera all'interno di un comprensorio tranquillo a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. Dotata di tutto quello che serve, camere da letto freschissime e disponibilità di aria condizionata, mai usata. Gli spazi esterni che completano la proprietà sono molto comodi. Proprietario gentilissimo.

Tolles Haus, leider entspricht die angegebene Ausstattung nicht der Realität

Den Aufenthalt haben wir wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß, die im Kellergeschoss befindlichen Schlafzimmer sind ganz nett und bestimmt in heißen Sommermonaten eine Wohltat. Minuspunkte muss ich leider für die Küchenausstattung geben: keine Mikrowelle, kein Wasserkocher (beides ist hier als vorhanden angegeben) und nur ein kleiner Mokka-Kocher anstelle der ebenso angegebenen Kaffeemaschine. Zwei Messer, davon einer total stumpf, unbrauchbare Pfannen und nicht vorhandene Schneidebretter machten das Kochen auch nicht gerade einfacher. Weiterhin gab es auch Probleme mit dem Internet. Nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt soll das Volumen aufgebraucht worden sein (wir wurden nicht über Limits informiert), dabei wurden nur abends Zeichentrickfilme für den Kleinen gestreamt. Angeblich wurde das Guthaben dann aufgeladen, hat aber auch nur einen Tag gereicht. Keine Ahnung was da falsch lief... Der Vermieter spricht leider kein Wort englisch, die Kommunikation über WhatsApp verlief aber mehr oder weniger problemfrei. Der dauerhaft bellende Nachbarshund hat den Aufenthalt auf den Terrassen leider so gut wie immer unmöglich gemacht, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts für... Und MÜCKEN: die Viecher sind extrem störend und zahlreich, leider ist das Haus im Erdgeschoss nicht mit Fliegenschutzgittern ausgestattet, man musste also zusehen dass abends alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen gehalten wurden. Trotzdem sind alle morgens mit frischen Stichen aufgewacht. Ansonsten: wenn man sich davon nicht stören lässt: tolles Haus, man kann hier ganz gut übernachten und den wirklich schönen Strand und spannende Umgebung genießen. Das macht alle Unannehmlichkeiten wett!

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto, sia fuori che all'esterno. comodissimo alla spiaggi (2 minuti a piedi) pulito organizzato, e soprattutto camere fresche, (anche se c'è l'aria condizionata, mai usata) Il proprietario persona gentilissima e conosciuta. sempre disponibile ad ogni eventuale esigenza. merita un 10/10 sia il posto, sia la casa sia il proprietario.

"The location is great as the apartment is just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very new and clean. The bedrooms are big quiet and fresh as they are located on the lower ground floor.I''m sure this would be a plus in the very hot season. The living area upstairs is very bright and the two outside areas are great for relaxing and eating out. This is has been a great holiday."
