Our stay at Casa del Secco was wonderful.

The house is set in a very peaceful and natural environment. Having the sea as your backyard is dream for swimmers like us. You wake up and even before having breakfast you can have a lovely swim already as it takes you only 3 minutes to step of out of your bed and walk down. In the house you find absolutely everything one can need on a holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. The cherry on the cake was the outdoor shower with seaview that we used all the time. Ferdinando and Anne are very kind and helpful people which reflects in the beautiful soul there property has. We absolutely would love to go back there. Ps: the sunrise happens right in front of the house ❤️

Beautiful house by the sea

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. A fantastic spot for a quiet and relaxing vacation with direct access to excellent swimming in the sea and trips to various towns. Many thanks to Ferdinando and Anne for their great hospitality.

Alles prima!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft mit Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Ein privater Zugang führt direkt zum Meer hinunter. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Vermieter sind supernett und geben wertvolle Tipps. Vielen Dank Anne u Ferdi! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sopra e oltre le aspettative!

Location magica, alba dalla finestra della camera, cene con rumore delle onde sulla scogliera, piattaforma solo per noi con discesa su un mare, come solo la Sicilia può offrire.. Ospitati da Ferdinando di una gentilezza oltre l'ospitalità!

Un coin de rêve, un charme infini......

La maison de Secco est une maison chaleureuse, bien équipée où le charme opère de suite. On s'y sent bien, c'est un vrai lieu de ressource. La maison est entourée d'un magnifique jardin méditerranéen...bougainvillier, oliviers.....et de différentes terrasses, toutes avec des vues fabuleuses sur la mer où il fait bon s'installer sur les chaises longues, un bon livre en main ou observer les étoiles filantes le soir en écoutant le bruit des vagues. C'est un grand privilège d'avoir dans le bas du jardin, un accès privé à la mer avec un ponton aménagé, deux transats, un parasol. Le cadre est extraordinaire pour nager, faire du snorkeling avec la réserve du Zingaro d'un côté et la vue sur le Monte Monaco de l'autre. Pour les tout- petits, il y a la belle plage de sable de San Vito à 4 minutes en voiture , San Vito où vous retrouvez aussi tous les commerces locaux. Un immense Merci à Ferdinando qui a contribué à cette semaine de rêve par son attention, sa disponibilité, ses conseils avisés et toutes les bonnes adresses. La maison de Secco, un vrai coup de coeur et juste l'envie d'y revenir. Laurence P

Casa meravigliosa in luogo da sogno

Una casa perfetta! Accogliente ed elegante, pulita, comoda e funzionale, con una vista stupenda sul golfo. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Sicuramente una casa in cui vorremmo tornare e che consigliamo caldamente.

A place of peace and quite with a sea view

We had a wonderful time at La casa del Secco. The house is tucked away in a very quiet location with dream views over the garden and sea below as well as the distant mountains. Although we had the intention to explore the region we decided to stay put and make the most of it and the stunning sunrises. What a luxury to have a private access to the sea! The house is very comfortable, well-equipped, stylish and personal, suited for a couple, friends on vacation, a family or someone seeking, for instance, artist's/writer's retreat. We can only recommend a stay!

Un coin de paradis

Une maison de famille pleine de charme où l'on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel. On se prélasse au gré du soleil sur les différentes terrasses, en profitant de vues incroyables sur la mer. Un petit chemin privé mène directement à la mer où nous avons pu nous adonner au snorkelling. Nos enfants ont adoré pécher sur les rochers ou jouer sur le petit ponton en bois aménagé juste au bord de l'eau. Pour les plus petits une grande plage de sable fin se trouve à 5mn. Et la nuit, on se laisse bercer par le doux bruit des vagues. Un grand merci à Ferdinando pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tout ceux qui souhaitent se ressourcer en famille. N'hésitez pas, la magie opère instantannement...

A true find.

This house is unlike anywhere else we've stayed. It is so beautiful and charming, much more spacious than it seems in the pictures, and the views to the sea from both the bedroom and the terrace are insanely gorgeous!!! There is a private path to the sea with a little deck right by the water where you can enjoy privacy by mediterranean waters. It is very quiet and calm, the village is a 3 minute drive and you can get the most amazing local fish, bread, wine and pasta and eat in the terrace enjoying the mountains and the sea. I can't say enough about this place, we had the best time and in terms of heat the fans do a great job! Don't forget to watch the sunrise from the terrace! Ferdinando is a great host, friendly and polite and very flexible with our schedule. Thanks so much Ferdinando!

Gem of a house with stunning access to the sea

This is a gem of a house - simple, rural, but well equipped and huge amounts of charm. We were there in a heatwave and there are fans in the bedrooms, but in one of the rooms in particular, it was still very hot at night. Stunning views, fantastic snorkelling and very friendly and helpful owner.

Un posto da favola a due passi dal centro di S.Vito lo Capo. Casa molto accogliente, dotata di ogni confort ci ha dato la possibilità di vivere tranquillamente durante il pieno agosto. Ferdinando , il padrone di casa, ci ha accolto in modo caloroso ed è' stato estremamente disponibile. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto magico.

DA SOGNO!

Una villetta deliziosa, il dolce rumore del mare ti culla nelle calde notti estive mentre il silenzio ti rigenera. Qualche gradino in un rigoglioso e affascinante giardino mediterraneo carico di fichi d'India ti porta direttamente sulla scogliera dove al tramonto si può pescare e se c'è la piattaforma di legno si può anche prendere il sole e farsi il bagno. Una casa che sa di vissuto, di esperienze di mare e in attimo diventa la tua casa con tutto quello che puoi desiderare e che di solito non si trova : cd di musica classica, Sky, giochi per bambini, calici per degustare gli ottimi vini siciliani, bellissimi piatti in porcellana decorata. E poi una vista mozzafiato. Ci tornerei a occhi chiusi. Per 15 gg e' stata la nostra casa con un'infinità di ricordi che solo un posto meraviglioso può regalarti.

Incantevole!

Una vacanza all'insegna del sole, del mare e della piena libertà. La casa è davvero molto bella ed attrezzata, di buon gusto. Per non parlare della vista e della discesa a mare...gelsomini, fichi d'india, bouganville...uno spettacolo! Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare...e che dire del vento...sempre carico di profumi molto intensi. La consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza "fuori dal mondo" per godersi la natura e stare in assoluto relax.
