Stunning view

The house is very charming in the most beautiful location. The scenery is just stunning. There is a road close by, which makes it less quiet, but I still give it 5 stars! A 5 minute drive to Liencres with nice little restaurants, a 10 minute drive to the golf course and 5 minutes to the most beautiful beach! There is no WIFI, but that actually helped us to better connect as a family during our stay.

Maison avec belle vue mais bruyante et mal équipée et dangereuse pour les enfants

Maison avec une belle vue et bien placée près des plages. Mais pas de lave vaisselle , ménage mal fait , frigo trop vieux qui vous fait perdre de la nourriture, pas de rambarde aux escaliers, très dangereux pour tous les enfants ( bébé pas conseillé) , draps et lits peu confortables, maison près d’une route avec beaucoup de trafic qui rend la maison bruyante.

Ces personnes se vengent du fait que j'ai du retenir les frais de ménage .Ils ont laissé la maison dans un état lamentable avec des biberons renversés sur les lits, la chasse des wc non tirée, serviette de bain déchirée , canapé taché cuisine de la veille dans l'évier poubelle non vidée etc etc.(Photos à l'appui). Jusqu'à présent je n'ai eu que des familles très satisfaites (voir toutes les appréciations). Effectivement pas de lave vaisselle mais dans l'annonce il n'est pas mentionné. Les frigos sont neufs

Excellent location fantastic view.

Very hospitable and welcoming owners of the property. The house is in an excellant location to explore Cantabria and the Basque areas. Several good restaurants close by in Lienceres and Boo De Pielagos. Great beaches perfect for surfing or swimming as lifeguards in attendance at all times. Within close proximity of the fabulous Picot mountains, a holiday home perfect for a best of both worlds break away.

Un point de chute idéal pour découvrir la Cantabrie

Les propriétaires français nous ont bien accueillis et apportés des conseils utiles pour notre séjour. Le gîte est fonctionnel, bien équipé, dispose d’un jardin avec vue sur les dunes de Liencres et au delà la mer. On peut y stationner sans souci. Les commodités sont proches (commerces à Liencres) et l’accès à l’autoRoute aussi. Santander à 20 min environ et 15 km ! Un super point de départ pour visiter la CantaBrie ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé

Maison idéalement située avec une vue à couper le souffle

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Cuisine bien équipée avec notamment 2 frigo. Le jardin est également très agréable avec barbecue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison bien décorée et agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la rivière et l'océan

Maison idéalement située entre mer et montagnes, proche d'une réserve naturelle (forêt de pins). Maison agréable à vivre, bien aménagée et décorée. Propriétaires sympathiques qui vous conseillent sur les petits coins à découvrir, y compris leur réserve personnelle d'huitres, près de la rivière.

Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Maison très chaleureuse et très bien entretenue, très propre. Vue époustouflante sur les montagnes, mer, baie et golf. Proche de Santander ville magnifique. A deux pas de la plage. Séjour reposant, convivial et dépaysant. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Adresse à conserver à conseiller. Petite maison de campagne, très agréable, chaleureuse, et conviviale. Une vue à couper le souffle, à deux pas de la plage. Situation idéale pour de relaxer, et se depayser.

location correspondant au descriptif très facile à localiser. Elle est propre et bien entretenue et les propriétaires nous ont très bien acceuillis.La vue y est absolument magnifique et le jardin un formidable espace de liberté ou nos 4 petits enfants ont pu jouer librement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre maison agréable avec vue magnifique surplombant le golf et sa baie. Les paysages varient tous les jours en profitant des couchers de soleil en famille. Sonnenuntergang inklusive

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Dazu fast täglich der Sonnenuntergang, den man von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Mme. Rodriguez ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um ihre Gäste. Da das Haus außerhalb der Ortschaft liegt ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich. Im ca. 5 min entfernten Ort Liencres findet am gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene kleinere Strände. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn sind auch weiter entfernte Ziele schnell erreichbar. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Trés bonne location !

Maison de caractère aménagée avec goût, très agréable et calme, vue splendide sur la baie située près du parc naturel des Dunas de Liencres. Des commerces et de nombreuses plages tranquilles sont à proximité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite des Picos de Europa sur conseil de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location et gardons cette adresse pour de futures vacances.

Superbe séjour à la maison EL TOLIO

Maison magnifiquement restaurée.Très belles prestations. La terrasse permet d'admirer une vue splendide sur la mer et le rio del Pas. Un vrai petit paradis qui incite au farniente tant l'endroit est reposant. La situation invite également à l'excursion entre mer et montagne. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable.

Une vue magnifique, un emplacement idéal entre montagne et centre ville, et la plage est à 2 pas. La maison a bcp de charme, est propre et très bien entretenue.

Un petit paradis

Location a tout point de vue positive. Très propre, confort parfait, la maison possède un charme particulier ou on se sent bien. Vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe. L'endroit est calme, reposant. Nous recommandons a 100% cette location ou nous reviendrons aussi souvent que nous le pourrons.

Un havre de paix

Un très très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et s' évader. Le gîte est un véritable petit nid douillet restauré avec goût et soin. Les prestations proposées sont qualitatives et quantitatives. L'emplacement avec sa vue magnifique est idéal. Nous retenons cette adresse et la conseillerons sans aucun problème.

Séjour inoubliable - dépaysement assuré !

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Entre océan et montagne nous n'avions que l'embarras du choix. Tantôt le matin promenade sur la plage, tantôt l'après midi excursion sur la montagne du mont Tolio qui surplombe la maison. La nature est bien au Rdv. Quand à la maison, très très chaleureuse elle incite au repos et au bien être. Nous l'imaginons avec une semaine de pluie pour pouvoir rester au chaud et en profiter pleinement.... Mais le soleil était avec nous ! Nous recommandons sans soucis cette maison et ses propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. !!!!!!! RECOMMANDE !!!!!!!
