Bright, independent new house with fully enclosed garden, in a small, quiet residence near the sea and hiking trails.
*** Equipped with WIFI / TV-SAT ***

Located 1 km from a strike accessible on foot, 1.5 km from Pors Guyon beach and 2.5 km from Ile Ă  Bois beach. 12 km from PAIMPOL. Close to the BREHAT Archipelago and the Sillon du TALBERT (2 km). And less than an hour from PLOUMANACH, the favorite village of the French.
Equipped and furnished, the enclosed garden has a 30 m2 terrace.
Ground floor = kitchen, dining / living room, wc / sink and garage serving as pantry / utility room
Upstairs = nice mezzanine with a small sea view from the floor. Two bedrooms (CH1 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm; CH2 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm * 190 cm), shower room / wc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
If you choose the bed linen option: the beds will already be made upon arrival.
Private parking for 2 vehicles.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, großzĂŒgig und hell; es macht Freude dort zu wohnen. Mit Hund ist das Haus ideal, da es wirklich komplett umzĂ€unt ist. Empfehlen können wir die "Auberge du trieux" in Lezardrieux zum Essen gehen. Und die Austernbar ist nur eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß entfernt (außerhalb der Saison nur bis 15:00 Uhr geöffnet ! ), sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Einkaufen etc. braucht man ein Auto, aber das steht in der Beschreibung. Im Ort gibt es eine BĂ€ckerei, eine Metzgerei, ein schönes FischgeschĂ€ft, 2 LebensmittelmĂ€rkte und Samstag morgens den Markt mit anschließendem Kaffee in einer der beiden Bars. Eine wunderbare Gegend um Urlaub zu machen.

Schönes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Großer Garten (perfekt fĂŒr Besucher mit Hund), große Terrasse, helle, mit Licht durchflutete WohnrĂ€ume. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒber: KĂŒche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, SpĂŒlmaschine etc. SAt-TV, DVD-Player, Stereoanlage und brauchbares Wlan. Der abwechslungsreiche KĂŒstenwanderweg liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das gastronomische Angebot außerhalb von Paimpol ist eher mager.

Modernes gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben 2 Wochen in den Sommerferien hier verbracht. wir waren mit 3 Kindern, darunter ein Baby im Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der NĂ€he liegt der KĂŒstenwanderweg der zu herrlichen Touren einlĂ€dt.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut, wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Bretagne. Am Haus gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, vielleicht ein SĂ€gezahnmesser zum Brotschneiden. Die Filterkaffeemaschine fanden wir ausge-sprochen nachhaltig, im Gegensatz zu diesem Nespresso-Unsinn. FĂŒr uns als Hundebesitzer haben wir das große eingezĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck genossen und die nahe Austernbar war super (Ein Dutzend fĂŒr 7 €).

Beschreibung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Die Hauseinweisung war sehr gut. Der eingezĂ€unte Garten war spitze fĂŒr unsere Hunde. Leider hatten wir wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts Probleme mit Ameisen im Haus(trotz geschlossenen Fenstern!). Die Couch ist SperrmĂŒll und mĂŒsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Unsere Meinung nach ist die Lage des Hauses fĂŒr Kleinkinder die noch im Kinderwagen befördert werden nicht geeignet. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön leider gibt es in der NĂ€he keine SandstrĂ€nde. Dankeschön

Merveilleuse semaine de vacances Ă  Lanmodez!

Merci pour cette superbe maison oĂč l’on se sent immĂ©diatement comme chez soi et oĂč rien ne manque ! Tout est pensĂ© pour votre confort et jardin et terrasse sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Tout cela dans un endroit trĂšs trĂšs calme! Emplacement idĂ©al pour rayonner dans cette rĂ©gion magnifique, tout prĂšs du sublime GR 34, de BrĂ©hat, de Plougrescant et des falaises de Plouha. Location conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, confort, propreté, trÚs accueillant, il ne manque rien dans la maison. Silvester nahezu ohne Knallerei

Wer Silvester der Knallerei entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Lediglich aus einem Haus in der Umgebung wurden ein paar Raketen abgefeuert, was aber nach wenigen Minuten dann auch schon wieder vorbei war. Es werden wohl deutsche Touristen gewesen sein, die ohne Böller nicht leben können. Es gab weder vor, noch nach Silvester auch nur einen einzigen Böller. Das Haus war genau so schön, wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Lediglich lange SpaziergÀnge mit unseren Hunden in unmittelbarer Umgebung war nicht so ideal. Wenn man ein paar Kilometer fÀhrt, kann man aber die ganze Schönheit der Bretagne erleben. Vielen Dank an Sandra!

Sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben , was wir uns in der Umgebung anschauen konnten. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Das Haus war perfekt mit Hund ,auch die Einrichtung im Haus war super. Wir haben die Ruhe dort so sehr genossen.Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem tollen Haus und einer idyllischen Natur.

Tolle Gegend und ein sehr schönes Haus!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns trotz unserer durch viel Stau verursachten VerspĂ€tung ausfĂŒhrlich in das Haus und die Umgebung eingewiesen haben. Neben Karten und Prospekten zu Ausflugszielen lagen sogar deutsche ReisefĂŒhrer bereit. Bei Nachfragen waren Sandra und François immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wirklich komplett ausgestattet und entspricht vollstĂ€ndig der Beschreibung. Fazit: Ein toller Urlaub in einer fantastischen Gegend, perfekt!

Wunderschönes Haus in exzellenter Lage

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man dafĂŒr benötigt und ist sehr sauber. Das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, ideal fĂŒr unseren Hund. Sehr viele reizvolle Attraktionen der Cotes Granite Rose liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung und sind schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, haben alle Anfragen prompt beantwortet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Landschaftlich sind alle Highlights der Bretagne gut erreichbar. Der KĂŒstenwanderweg GR34 ist in 500m erreichbar.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sauber und der große Garten war fĂŒr meinen Hund perfekt. Man konnte in der Umgebung gut laufen gehen und sich auf jeden Fall erholen.
