It is an attractive villa with large garden overlooking the beach with a stunning view on the Gulf and mountains of Castellammare.
The Villa is located on the Spiaggia Playa which is a beautiful beach a short distance from Castellamare Del Golfo, a wonderful seaside resort on the North West coast of Sicily.
Surrounding the Villa is a beautiful garden of 1000 mg with an array of local flora, cacti, palm trees and colourful bougainvillea. Within the garden complex there is a shower cabin, large gazebo, dining table, seating area and barbeque. There are two terraces one covered and one uncovered overlooking the sea with seating area and sun loungers.
The beach with its golden sand and clear blue sea is suitable for snorkelling, swimming, surfing canoeing, beach tennis, beach volley and long walks. Adjacent to the Villa the beach is safe for swimming and relaxation.
Attractive property with direct access to the beach and sea which is considered safe for children's bathing and swimming.
The private beach club adjacent to the villa, Lido Pirata, offers sunloungers, umbrellas, a snack bar, restaurant, wi-fi, swimming pool, children's playground, beach tennis and beach volley playgrounds. Two sunloungers and an umbrella, access to its wi-fi, swimming pool, children's playground, beach tennis and beach volley playgrounds are included in the rental package for the Villa. Discounts of 10% are available in its bar and restaurant.

Stupenda villa fronte mare
Meravigliosa villa fronte mare! Dotata di tutti i confort, perfetta per famiglie numerose anche con animali domestici, poichè a meno di 80 mt c'è anche la spiaggia per i cani.
Vicinissima a Scopello, alla riserva dello Zingaro e a San Vito Lo Capo.
Proprietaria gentilissima!

Très belle villa face à la mer
Belle villa fonctionnelle, très propre et conforme au descriptif. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Espace extérieur très agréable à vivre avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. Grande plage de sable face à la villa. Idéal pour baignade à toute heure. Digue animée le soir sans être trop bruyante. Villa à recommander pour famille avec adolescents et enfants. Séjour parfait

Superbe maison, séjour très agréable !
Très belle maison, confortable, aménagée avec goût. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et très agréables. Belle plage de sable face à la villa, accès au club de plage apprécié. La ville de Castellamare est toute proche. Bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Merci à Anna-Maria Lipari pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande gentillesse.
