La Vedette Villa Margarita is located in a small and quiet rural area called Valsequillo. It has a large south facing garden, patio and barbacue balcony with excellent panoramic views. The Villa has also little cousy terraces arround the fruit trees area with nice views over the sea and the mountains.

Well lighted garden make a very nice scene to unwind the days hard sunbathing! Very private sun terrace for the more adventurous sunbathers!

The Villa has 4 double bright double bedrooms with natural daylight and private bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, large windows with excellent views, 5 terraces overlooking the mountains and the sea. Free Wi-Fi, television, satellite and many others facilities

Villa Margarita is located at 650 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and natural aromas (lavender, jasmine, orange ...). The house is ideal to rest and relax.

For astronomy lovers, the absence of night time light pollution will allow them to contemplate a fantastic star-scape razor Sharp. The Villa is at only 5 minutes driving from Tenteniguada and ideal site for paragliding and other adventure sports .

Golf is also possible at 20 minutes driving from the Villa in golf course that has 18 holes, par 72, with a length of 6,308 m., Is one of the longest courses in Spain. Its design, by Blake Stirling and Marco Martin with up to six tees per hole, allows players of all levels enjoy the journey.

Great great summer in unbelievable villa

Let me keep it short and to the point: a great summer, in a fantastic villa in a tropical setting, with an unbelievable nice, service-minded, most friendly houselord. Hector made our summer 2022 a dream come thru!! Highly recommended!

schönes Domizil für die Sommermonate

Da Haus liegt in 750m Höhe, somit für Herbst und Wintermonate häufig die Sonne von Wolken verdeckt. Das Haus ist von innen sehr gut möbiliert und geräumig. Der Garten aussen ist nicht wirklich ein Garten, sondern das Grundstück besteht überwiegend aus Apfelsinen, Zitronenbäumen ect. Die Gartenmöbil sind sehr veraltet , schmutzig und brüchig. Die Auflagen sehr dreckig. Trotz Beschreibung war keine Heizung vorhanden. Der Besitzer stellte uns Holz für einen alten Eisenofen zur Verfügung. Fazit : Das Haus ist gut geeignet für die Sommermonate, um dem Rummel an der Küste zu entgehen. Die nächsten kleinen Strände ca. 40 min. Entfernt. Können aber lange nicht mithalten wie zum Beispiel Las Palomas. . Zu unserer Zeit fing man an das Aussenmauerwerk auszubessern.

La villa très spacieuse et confortable est magnifique et le jardin paradisiaque

Les contacts, en français, avec les propriétaires, avant et pendant le séjour, ont été excellents. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été chaleureux. Toutes ces relations humaines contribuent au plaisir des vacances dans un endroit idyllique.

Comment rentrer chez soi après cela ?

Une maison parfaitement équipée, des volumes, de la lumière... Un jardin luxuriant et regorgeant de petits coins et de lumières douces. Environnement calme, les oiseaux chantent, quelques coqs au loin, quelques chèvres le soir. Un vrai lieu de détente pour famille ou couples d'amis. L'accueil, fait par le propriétaire dans notre cas, et le personnel attaché à l'entretien de la maison ont été extrêmement sympathiques et prévenants. A une question posée par mail sur un équipement, nous avons eu la réponse dans l'heure. En somme un séjour idéal chez quelqu'un qui porte l'intérêt pour ses locataires sur lui. Merci M B. pour cette excellente semaine chez vous. Vous êtes un hôte rare.

Excellent Accomodation

As soon as we entered the property we knew this would be a great trip. The Gardens were very big in size and looked lovely. The bed rooms all hate an ensuite and is great for a big family. The kitchen has all the utensils required and the whole villa is very clean. The house keeper is very nice and makes you feel welcome Overall the perfect villa
