Gorgeous sea view house in the historic center

Elegant and modern apartment with sea view recently renovated, located in the upper part of the historic center is divided on three levels. Not suitable for very young children because of its disposition but certainly excellent for couples or couples of friends.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, has two independent entrances:
from an entrance there is direct access to the first bedroom with bathroom and shower, climbing a few steps leads to the kitchen-living room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The second entrance, always main, is located in the kitchen which, through a few steps, leads to the upper floor where there is another double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Comfortable furniture, the apartment has heating, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Absolutely peaceful.

The parking is located about 300 meters.

Absolutely great location. Enjoyed the sunsets plus access to Cefalu's active centre & beach. For our group, as seniors, we just had to be a bit careful on the stairs - but, that was easily overcome. Had a wonderful time.

The house is in a fantastic location and the view is stunning. The house is well equipped with necessities and very clean. Christiane was a great host-very communicative and accommodating. Make sure you contact her directly after booking because the app message program had some issues. I can’t wait to go back!

We loved our week long stay in Cefalu. The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent - a short walk from both the main restaurant/shopping street and the beach. And the hostess was a pleasure to communicate with. We’d definitely love to come back!

Very helpful and personal check in. The house is lovely and well located, we’d happily go back.If you stay you must walk the rock behind it, but suggest getting there when it opens for the best experience (it’s steep and rocky, so you’ll need to be fit).

Property is beautiful. Stairwell to apartment can be difficult for older people with issues on normal stairs. But, location and spa make all the difference. I would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

The property itself had everything you would need then add the things that make this property stand out, shower with a sea view! We loved our stay in Christiane’s house the view from the top was amazing. Communication was great. We were only 2 but think it would be ideal for 2 couples as bedrooms are divided by the kitchen on the middle floor. Would definitely recommend

Lovely, well-equipped apartment with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Sicily in August (air conditioning in all rooms). Ideally located in the historic heart of Cefalu. Wonderful Stay

Christiane's apartment was wonderful. Super clean. Modern appliances, Great view from the upstairs bedroom. Fabulous location in the historic area. Parking is convenient. And Christians was wonderful! She met us in the parking lot and helped us bring our luggage to the apartment and gave us a tour of the apartment. She was the perfect host. We felt welcome and supported.

Lovely and gracious

If it were possible I would give Christiane 10’s instead of 5’s! She is kind, gracious and patient making my first VRBO experience one I’ll always remember. The house is well appointed, stylish and comfortable. The location is everything you would want while visiting Chefalu. Truly exceptional!

Excellent responsive host. Very clean. well equipped. Central. Steep incline up to property. Interior stairs open with no railing daiunting for anyone with ambulation issues.

Warmly recommend this apartment! We were two couples from Sweden who had one lovely week in this apartment. Perfect located in the center of the old town near to everything like restaurangs, shops, beach etc. Peaceful and quiet. The apartment was clean, fresh, nice, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nothing missing. The contact with Christiane, the owner, were very professional right from start. She was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you Christiane! We will gladely come back!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Cerfalù

Wir haben uns in den Ort verliebt. Die Wohnung über drei Stockwerke verteilt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Direkt unter dem Felsmassiv Rocca und in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt kann man alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen

A Delightful Cefalu Escape

We spent five wonderful nights in this lovely apartment in Cefalu. It is superbly clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect, right in the old town, yet also off the busy streets so that it is quiet. Everything worked perfectly and Christiane was a wonderful host, even coming and replacing a light bulb during our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment and the town of Cefalu.

Architektonisch wunderschönes Altstadthaus

5 Tage hatten wir Zeit um Cefalù und das sehr schöne,ganz nach unserem Geschmack und optimal gestaltete Haus im Centro storico zu genießen. Als sehr positiv fiel uns auf,dass trotz des starken Tourismus in Cefalù die traditionellen Rezepte in der Küche Siziliens noch zu finden waren !

Perfect location in beautiful Cefalu

We had a lovely stay in Christiane’s property, it’s located in the old town so everything is easily accessible by foot , restaurants, the beach , the cathedral and the roc are all nearby. The accommodation is well appointed and Christiane was a pleasure to deal with and communication was easy , she met us at the carpark she’d advised and walked with us to the property.
