Close to shops and transport. Ideal for visiting Bordeaux and its region (quick access bypass, 45 minutes from the ocean, 40 minutes from Saint-Emilion, and other roads through the great castles). You park your car on the non-paying street without any problem. Four bikes are available to visit the center of Bordeaux which is a few minutes. The train station is also close.

You will appreciate the world of this warm house. It has upstairs: 2 children's rooms with bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen open to a large living room with exposed beams and a small terrace overlooking the garden. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with bathroom, another bedroom / office, a bathroom and toilet and a small summer lounge.

There is also a swimming pool and a ping-pong table in the garden with tropical plants.
The house is equipped with appliances (TV, WIFI, large stove, dishwasher, washing machine etc ...) Sheets and towels are also provided. Our blueberry pussy, very independent, will keep you company from time to time.
