A nice little cottage...but...

We spontaneously arrived as a family with two children for 7 days. A crucial criterion for us was to have 3 bedrooms, which was also offered in the advertisement, but does not correspond to the actual situation on site. One of the rooms had a separate entrance and didn't really belong to the living area, the second one was a separated space from the living room with a fold-out couch. The kitchen is very well-equipped and in impeccable condition. The outdoor area is as described, not visible from outside, and an outdoor shower is available. We enjoyed life on the large terrace. All in all, we were content with the hospitality and the property, even though the advertisement raises different expectations. And yes, it was hot. Air conditioning would benefit this house; it cools down with open windows, but one gets bothered by mosquitoes.Similarly contrary to the advertisement, no one understood me in English or German :-)

Fairer Preis - gute Lage

Gute Lage und 3 Supermärkte auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, dafür hört man jedoch stets den Autoverkehr dezent. Nachts ist es aber relativ ruhig. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und aufgeräumt, die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Etwas ungenau war die Beschreibung - die zwei Einzelbetten sind in einem komplett separaten Bereich mit eigenem Bad, der nur über eine Außentür zu erreichen ist - mit drei kleineren Kindern haben wir somit das Zimmer mit der Schlafcouch zum Bettenlager für unsere 3 umfunktionieren müssen.Die überall in Südeuropa gut vertretene Spezies Ratte, die somit auch in Bormes-les-Mimosas unterwegs ist, hat leider einen Abgesandten damit beauftragt, sich Zugang zu einem Rollokasten zu verschaffen, was uns für eine Nacht einige Stunden den Schlaf raubte. Direkt im Haus war kein Nager unterwegs. All in all: Absolut fair und in Ordnung! Wer mehr möchte, muss i.d.R. wesentlich mehr bezahlen! Und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse, mit frischen Croissants und Baguette, bei bestem Wetter, war wunderbar.

climatisation essentielle

il n y a pas de climatisation et la maison est un four à cause des baies vitrees de la veranda plein sud sans ombre, le proprietaire devrait installer la climatisation c est une priorite absolue surtout l ete!!

La location est bien située et au calme. Ménage à revoir, équipement de la maison complétement dépassé, pas de wifi, pas de clim.. Une personne passe n'importe quand pour s'occuper du jardin et sans prévenir.

Maison très moyennement propre

Des travaux de rénovation ont été réalisés dans cette maison, il y avait de la poussière de plâtre dans le micro ondes, sur la vaisselle ... 30 minutes pour trouver l'emplacement de la maison car numérotation de la rue incohérente, et forfait ménage exhorbitant à ....un comble !

On vit dehors !

Emplacement parfait pour tout faire a pieds. Nous étions avec 2 jeunes adultes qui ont pu rentrer seules le soir sans aucun souci. Quartier calme. Jardin très agréable. Le studio indépendant est un véritable plus. Bon rapport qualité prix pour cette maison sans prétention mais parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire. Quelques petites choses qui pourraient être améliorées. (Peu de rangements dans la cuisine. Four difficile à utiliser car fait sauter le compteur) Juste la mauvaise surprise au dernier moment sur le prix du forfait ménage que je trouve excessif vu la surface de la.maison.

Parfaite vacances à 10mn des plus belles plages, terrasse ombragée, sans vis-vis, au calme

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ceux qui comme nous souhaitent éviter les foules et ne pas souffrir de la chaleur dans un appartement. Du levé jusqu'au couché nous profitons de la terrasse ombragée et du jardin luxuriant. La journée commence par un petit déjeuner sous les chênes suivi 10mn après d'une baignade à Cabasson ou à l'Estagnol ou à Cavalières ou à la Favières ou au Lavandou ou ST Tropez mais là c'est un petit peu plus loin. Il n'y a que l'embarras du choix! Une excursion dans les iles du Levant, Port Cros et Porquerolles est vivement recommandée. N'oubliez pas vos masques!!! C'est un véritable aquarium. Pour les courses, tout peut se faire à pied. Carrefour market, la boulangerie, Picard, la Fnac sont à 5mn de marche. Déjeuner et sieste de nouveau sur la terrasse se suivront à l'heure de la pause entre deux baignades. La journée se finie en dinant au frais sur la terrasse avec un bon barbecue ou les Pizza siciliennes de Chez Sylvia à une minute. Le jardin est très bien entretenu par le jardinier. On peut garer plusieurs voitures dans la propriété. Nos petits chiens et nos petits enfants se sont sentis en sécurité comme la propriété est entièrement close. Le propriétaire a fait de nombreuses rénovations qui n'ont plus rien à voir avec les commentaires des précédents locataires. Bien aérée, les volets en bâillonnette, la maison garde sa fraicheur. C'est une occasion à na pas manquer avant que le propriétaire n'augmente les prix. merci pour ces belles vacance!

Propriété bien située mais aménagement intérieur à revoir.

Dans une région où les températures sont élevées en été, la salle de bain/ toilettes ne s'ouvre pas sur l'extérieur( le par - douche bloque la fenêtre) ainsi que la chambre d'enfants ,dont la fenêtre donne sur la véranda à baies coulissantes située plein sud, qui est une vraie fournaise. Malgré l'ouverture en soirée de l'ensemble des portes et fenêtres de la maison, la chaleur ne peut s'évacuer et il est difficile de bien dormir la nuit! Des travaux sont indispensables pour améliorer cette situation!

Situation géographique très bonne

La maison est un peu spartiate et mériterait une petite rénovation intérieure et une climatisation! La terrasse est très agréable et le terrain est grand . L environnement est calme
