This nice villa has everything you want and more. Situated in an exclusive area only 200m from one of Nerja’ s best beaches, Burriana with many restaurants, bars and shops for your convenience. Not only do you have the beach on your doorstep, but your are only a 15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Nerja town centre – home of the famous Balcon de Europa (a beautiful promenade). The villa itself has been decorated and fully furnished to a high standard. The separate spacious kitchen provides all the luxury you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge-freezer. The spacious living room has comfortable settees, a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. You will find air conditioning throughout the property. The villa has 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer on the entrance level. From the living room you have access to the barbecue area and private swimming pool. Tables, chairs, parasols and sun beds are all provided. If you enjoy dining outside to appreciate the sea views, there are sun blinds to create some shade. The villa also has a large roof terrace - another perfect place to enjoy the sun and views.
