Facing the sea, 50m from the beach, this home located on a main fully fenced property without any opposite on a plot of 1500 m2, will enchant you with all its features and its benefits.
Completely renovated in 2012 in a contemporary style, this house has two small bedrooms with 2 bigs beds, a living room with LED TV / DVD, sofa (1 place children as possible), equipped with a large built-in refrigerator kitchen, a bar meal, oven, hotplates, all the usual appliances (kettle, etc. ..) and many cupboards.
A washing machine is also available.
Wifi Internet access is available in the house.
Use of the pool is highly recommended because the water is heated to 28 ° :-) between May and October.
You can also use the large terrace of 80m2 south facing and equipped with sunbeds, sun etc ...
Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace, you will have access to the outdoor summer kitchen with an American BBQ.
2 bikes will be available during your stay to help you make the most of the many cycling trails around which one passes the house.
