Old village school

Former school in the hamlet of Liournat, in the town of St Sauves d'Auvergne. This house in the augernate tradition is located 5 minutes from Bourboule and 10 minutes from Mont Dore, in the heart of the Puy de Sancy massif. Tastefully renovated, quiet and fully equipped to enjoy your vacation without worries. Ideal for a family stay in summer and winter (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing 2 km in winter and hiking and mountain biking circuit in front of the house in summer) with a large, fully enclosed garden.
1 bathroom completely renovated in September 2017 and a new larger bathroom built in June 2017 for more comfort for our tenants.

La personne qui nous a accueilli est gentille. Nous a tout bien présenté. Là location est bien pour une famille de 10 personnes. Il ne manque rien.Petit bé mole: Sol très froid, donc tapis dans la sdb souhaitable. Maison relativement froide, car nous devions être les 1er locataire de la saison, donc obliger de monter un peu les radiateurs à 19 et difficulté pour allumer le poêle car le bois ne brule pas bien, par contre poêle très agréable, Un peu de poussière et de toile d'araignée, mais un bon coup d'aspirateur a fait le nécessaire. Dans l'ensemble bonne prestation. MERCI

Très belle maison, fonctionnelle sur tous les points et très adaptée pour 11 personnes. Magnifique cadre. Beau jardin que les enfants ont grandement apprécié ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !Petit bémol : chipotage sur le ménage de sortie de la part de la personne qui faisait l'état des lieux alors que celui d'entrée laissait à désirer.Mais cela n'entache en rien notre séjour ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôte, très gentil et accordant, et cette maison.

groupe de 6 amis : nous étions comme à la maison : espace nuit bien séparé de l'espace cuisine et salle à manger : les lêve tôt ne dérangent pas les couche-tard ... lave linge , sèche linge , lave vaisselle , 2 salles de bain .. salon de jardin très apprécié avec la chaleur et le soleil ; environnement super calme et localisation proche de la bourboule et du mont Dore , départs de nombreuses randonnées ! tout était parfait ! super accueuil par Alexandra .

Bon week-end entre amis avec ados et enfants. La maison était vraiment froide au début et nous avons mis quelques temps à la réchauffer. La région est très sympa et belle mais nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie ce week-end. Pas de chance. La maison est agréable et rustique. Chaleureuse une fois réchauffée.
