This renovated sheepfold, south facing and protected from the Mistral, is located on the door steps of Joucas. Wooden beams and original fireplace, stone walls, two terraces. Amazing view on the vineyards and the Luberon. Quiet location, a few steps away from the village, its stone lanes and its welcoming local shops. Four bedrooms, of which two have en-suite bathrooms. The property is fitted with all appliances and alarm. It can comfortably host up to 10 people. Baby cot and high chair available. Beautiful swimming pool with alarm.

Located in the Golden Triangle of the Luberon regional parc, Joucas is a quiet "perched" hill-top village, only a few kms from the more visited villages such as Roussillon and Gordes. Depending on your mood, you could visit the nearby Luberon villages, go to the summer festivals (Summer nights in Gordes, Opera in Lacoste, Avignon festival), wander along the provence markets, explore the second-hand shops (in the famous antique shops of Isle sur Sorgue), or visit the wine cellars and olive oil factories.

If you're more of the sport type, you could choose between beautiful walks in the Vaucluse and Luberon (Gorges de la Veroncle), cycle along the quiet countryside roads, kayak on the Sorgue or horseback riding in Joucas.

Your day could then end lazily by the swimming pool, watching the sun set over the vineyards.

Week-end Ascension en famille

Très bon séjour à Joucas dans la jolie propriété de Pascale. Malgré les petits réglages de début de saison nous avons passé un excellent we au Bel Olivier.La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre avec une vue splendide sur le LUBERON ! Pascale est très arrangeante , je la remercie de sa gentillesse. Nous adorons Joucas, nous reviendrons !!

Séjour détente dans une région magnifique

Très belle maison située au pied du beau village de Joucas. Maison bien entretenue avec un bel espace de vie et une cuisine très bien équipée. L'espace nuit à l'étage est apprécié avec 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes. En bas une chambre parentale avec salle de bain et toilettes séparés. Nous souhaitions trouver du calme, du repos et nous avons eu bien plus que ça ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La cheminée à apporté une touche de chaleur très apprécié car les flocons sont tombés. Je remercie Pascale, la propriétaire qui a été de bons conseils et Véronique qui nous a très bien accueillie. C'est une belle adresse.....

Ein entspannender Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Joucas und „Le Bel Olivier“sehr genossen. Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hauses ist sehr schön. So haben wir uns den Urlaub in der Provence vorgestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

E' stato un soggiorno fantastico! L'accoglienza puntuale e professionale. La casa è ancora pià bella di quanto appaia nelle fotografie con un arredamento e una cura dei dettagli che fanno la differenza. La piscina ha permesso ai bambini e a noi adulti di trascorrere piacevoli momenti all'aperto e di godere di alcune giornate di sole. Un posto in cui ritornare sicuramente! Mariella

Hemos pasado semana santa en familia El lugar es perfecto . A los pies de un pueblo precioso. Maravillosas vistas. A 2 minutos a pie hay una tiendecita para comprar pan y lo necesario por las mañanas. Está al lado de pueblos preciosos.

Charmante demeure et volumes intérieurs trés agréables

La Bergerie se trouve à proximité du très joli village de JOUCAS. La disposition intérieure permet de passer un agréable séjour à 10 personnes même en hiver ce qui était notre cas. Madame JORCIN la propriétaire a toujours été à notre disposition afin de répondre très rapidement à nos questions et à organiser notre arrivée. La bergerie surplombe la vallée ce qui permet d'avoir une très belle vue.

Stunning views in peaceful village

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in Bel Olivier. Pascale was extremely helpful and made booking very easy. She responded quickly and was happy to answer any query. The villa was well equipped (maybe short on pillows - I am very fussy and like a lot!) and the pool and gardens lovely with fabulous views over neighbouring villages and vineyards - exactly as show in photos. Joucas is a small attractive village with a small shop and two restaurants. It was great to be able to walk to get bread in the morning and for a meal in the evening. There is also a children's playground and tennis courts in the village. Also fabulous far reaching views from the top of the village and many walks. Highly recommended. I am missing my morning walk and views from the top of the village!

Idealer Ort für Familienferien

Wir waren begeistert von diesem Haus. Wir machten Familienfeiern mit drei Generationen. Das Haus ist grosszügig eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig. Grosser angenehmer und gepflegter Pool mit schönen Garten und Sicht nach Süden auf die Rebberge und den Petit Luberon. Nur fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt eine kleine Epicerie, wo man das nötigste erhält. Wer den Luberon liebt wie wir, dann ist Joucas ein idealer Standort. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Velotouren. Schöne Orte (Gordes, Roussilon, Menerbes, Lacoste usw.) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Interessante Märkte (Apt, Coustellet) nicht weit weg. Und auch interessante Weingüter praktisch vor der Türe. Und in der Nähe jede Menge gute Restaurants. Man muss nur auch die Einheimischen fragen. Wir kommen wieder, Ruedi und Brigitte aus der Schweiz

Feu vert pour Joucas

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans ce petit village paisible à l'écart des grands centres touristiques tout en en étant très proche. La maison est bien équipée, la décoration comme on l'aime : simple et raffinée tout à l'image de ses photos. N'oublions pas la vue magnifique +++ et les siestes paisibles au bord de la piscine. La propriétaire même à distance est très à l'écoute et l'accueil à notre arrivée nous a plongés de suite dans l'ambiance de nos vacances. C'est une maison que nous avons tous appréciée et que nous vous recommandons sans arrières pensées. Merci aux propriétaires de nous faire partager ce petit bonheur de tranquillité.

Havre de tranquilité au coeur du village

Une jolie maison avec une vue incroyable au pied du village face au Luberon. Intérieur de bon goût, bien équipée, et agréable à vivre. Nombreuses randonnées à pied au départ de la maison dans les monts du Vaucluse.
