This beautiful home is a 5 bedroom, 5 and 2 half bathroom home located on the 7th green and 8th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Course. The home features a large living room with 65" TV and is perfect for entertaining or guests with multiple families. There is a game room with pool table off the entry of the home with 30" TV and a dramatic staircase that goes upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The adjacent dining room has a large table that will comfortably seat 10.

The spacious master on the first floor offers a king bed, 43" TV and a private bath with a garden tub, double vanity with granite top and walk-in shower. It is adjoined with sliding doors to a study that looks out onto a screened porch.

The king bedroom upstairs features a king bed, 28" TV with a private bath and a balcony that overlooks the pool area and looks down the length of the 7th fairway and 8th tee box. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath and 32" TV. The fourth bedroom has a Pyramid bunk and another twin w/trundle, private bath and 22" TV. The last bedroom is above the garage and can be accessed by stairs off the deck area in the back of the home. This bedroom features a twin bed w/trundle and a sleeper sofa, private bath, 40" TV with DVD player and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.

The outdoor amenities include a covered patio with arbor, outdoor kitchen with appliances, freestanding propane grill, screened in porch and pool, with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area.
