🌿 Gîte for 5 people – 45 m²
A nature stay in the heart of the Auvergne woods

Located in the heart of a park of more than one hectare , surrounded by forests and meadows , this 45 m² gîte can accommodate up to 5 people. Perfect for a family stay, it offers comfort, simplicity and total immersion in nature.

🏡 The ground floor
Upon entering, you will find a lounge area with a table and a bench, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishes and utensils... Everything is there for independent meals.

A master bedroom completes this level, with two single beds that can be converted into a 160 cm double bed according to your needs. You also have a separate toilet on this level.

🛌 The floor
Upstairs, the sleeping area extends into a children's bedroom equipped with 80 cm single beds , perfect for accommodating younger guests. You will also find a shower and a second separate toilet , offering comfort and privacy to all occupants.

🌳 A privileged natural setting
The cottages are located in a calm and preserved environment , ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with the essentials. Hiking and cycling trails leave directly from the residence. A lake designed for swimming and relaxation is only 7 minutes away by car , or 5 km by bike via a forest track.

Nous avons passés un tres bon sejour. Le calme absolue, une reconnexion a la nature.Un accueil tres chaleureux. Pas mal d activités sur place dont la cani rando qui a plus énormément a notre fils. Pas de télé dans le logement mais franchement nous qui sommes des connectés nous nous en sommes tres bien passés.Le logement etait très propre rien a redire a part que nous reviendrons.

BEL ENDROIT

Lot de 4 petits bâtiments bien situés pour découvrir la région et notamment la Chaise-Dieu et les châteaux aux alentours. Le propriétaire Monsieur Hurtado est très accueillant et surtout très disponible et de bon conseil pour nous donner de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour accompagné d'un beau soleil.
