Traditional house with enclosed garden
calm, restful, closed ground of 1200 m2 at 500 meters from the beach.
The photos represent the current state of the house. It has been the subject of major work which has been completed since June 2015. Indeed, a total renovation of the house has been carried out: independent integrated kitchen, living room, bathroom with large, WC. the openings were redone in PVC, an entry SAS completed the assembly.
An adjoining utility room is equipped with a water point, washing machine, dryer and outdoor shower.
Weekly rental possible.
