The holiday home is situated in a big, fenced property with look over the roofs of the village and the Tuscan landscape.
In the lower groundlevel, reachable also from the street. There is a big living room with a beautiful arch, a kitchen with dining table and wich some steps leading to the private and entirely fenced garden. two double bedrooms ( one with double bed and toilet ensuite, one with twin beds and a loft with two single beds ) and a bathroom (shower, toilet and bidet ), outside there is a loggia and a 200 m2 private garden

The property offers a garden with shady places under the old fruit-trees,the veranda with dining table and chairs, swimming pool 4x9 with sunterrace and beachchairs as well as a fantastic panorama over the Tuscan hills. The property is entirely fenced and protected by an iron gate.

The picturesque, a little bit sleepy village of Rivalto with bar and grocer's shop lies at 500-m height and is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves.there are numerous beautiful footpaths arround for your daily walks.

Herrliche Ruhe

Es hat uns super gefallen. Besonders die schönen alten Möbel kombiniert mit Modernem ist sehr schön. In Rivalto ist es herrlich ruhig, so dass man sich gut erholen kann.

Alles super!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen aus Deutschland für zwei Wochen hier und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und Garten und Pool sind sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten Chianni/Rivalto als Ort gewählt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Florenz, Sienna...) sowie Strände gleichermaßen gut erreichen zu können. Chianni ist ein schönes Bergdorf mit ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken sowie kleineren Geschäften. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass der nächste größere Supermarkt ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wonderful place and wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment Fico. The place was really clean and had a tasteful furnishing. The host was really nice and always helpful in any concern. We can only recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back and are looking forward to our next stay!

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Toskana in diesem wunderschönen Haus welches mit schönen Wandmalereien sehr individuell gestaltet ist. Es bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Dorf und auf die Weite der Toskana. Wir liebten die Ruhe und den schönen Garten mit Pool. In dem kleinen romantischen Ort kann man einkaufen, in der urigen Bar einen Cappuccino trinken und in der Umgebung wunderschön spazieren gehen. Zum Essen waren wir oft im nächsten Ort und die Vermieter haben eine Broschüre mit Geheimtipps , die uns sehr geholfen hat. Überhaupt waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder!!! Ciao und herzlichst, Karin K. aus Berlin

bon sejour

bon séjour dans cette maison la maison est très accueillante et décorée avec beaucoup de goût . l'espace jardin et la piscine nous ont par contre un peu déçu , trop petit a notre goût . les propriétaires sont très correct et on tout fait pour que notre séjour ce passe au mieux et je les en remercient encore Bref maison idéale pour une famille de 3 à 4 personnes sans animaux

Mauvaise surprise dès notre arrivée , la location ne correspondant pas aux photos et descriptifs de l'annonce!!! Côté jardin aucun parc paysager mais plutôt un "jardinet"!! Piscine petite sur jardin de la location voisine à partager allant de 8 à 14 personnes..pas assez de chaises longues et 1 seul parasol!! Barbecue rouillé et très petit.. Côté maison: location pour 4 personnes et non 6... 1 salle d'eau et non 2 salles de bains!! Literies inconfortables, pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants, nous sommes réveillés tous les matins dès 5h45!!! Wifi quasi inexistant,un escalier pour accéder à la maison et au jardin à emprunter 60 fois par jour, pas d'aspirateur, pas de micro ondes, un salon de jardin en guise de canapé... Bonnes vacances!!

the customer did not read the descripition well and was disappointed because the swimming pool is shared with the attached house. The house is for 6 people , but we prefere 4 , there is 1 toilet en suite and 1 bathroom as written in the description. There are no curtains, because we wanted the house to be full of light, and when our guest complanied we brought dark curtains to resolve the problem. There are 4 deckchairs in the garden , 4 deckchairs near the pool and there is a private covered terrace as you can see on the photos. The house is exactly as you can see it on the pictures. We do our best to not create wrong expectations and to fulfill our guest#s wishes. Sometimes we cannot succeed...
