Ideally located, 300 m from the sea with a large sandy beach. The apartment is located on the quiet side of the building. the street is on the other side. Balcony of 12 m2 for outside dining, view of the small port of santa margarita.

Endroit calme, belle vue sur la marina, bien situé dans Roses, à pied à 10 minutes de la plage, des restaurants, 2,5km du beau marché couvert avec de beaux produits de la région et à la sortie une bonne boulangerie avec du bon pain français..Relation avec la personne qui nous reçoit très très agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé.
Nous y avons séjourné pendant les vacances d'avril. Nous n'avons donc pas rencontré de difficultés de stationnement ou de circulation.
L'appartement est propre et bien équipé .
Ideal avec des enfants de moins de 12 ans mais il y a possibilité d'utiliser le canapé comme couchage également.
Le balcon est un +++, ideal pour les aperos devant le couché du soleil !
L'accueil par Florence et Michel a été parfait !

SÉJOUR AGRÉABLE A ROSES
Nous connaissions Roses depuis longtemps mais pas Santa Margarida, nous avons voulu essayer et nous ne sommes pas déçus. En effet le quartier est très vivant et on trouve absolument tout à proximité de la résidence.
A propos de l'appartement la prédominance est le calme coté canal bien que vivant avec les rotations des bateaux et autres.
L'appartement en lui même est très confortable, bien équipé, la CLIM est un plus certain en résumé cette location est à conseillé vivement pour l'ensemble des prestations proposées.

Bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé et vue très agréable sur les canaux ! 25 minutes à pied du centre de Roses, 10 minutes à pied des premières plages.
Néanmoins les environs peuvent s'avérer parfois bruyant (soirée karaoké au camping voisin jusqu'à 23h30, fêtes dans les villas aux environs).
