Beach Lovers Paradise in Perdido Key

Luxurious, 1400 square foot, condo with all new features including: 2 Master Suites with private tiled baths and king size beds. 2 balconies, one that opens to and directly overlooks the Gulf and Pool and the other that overlooks the Bay, boat docks and tennis courts. Open the floor to ceiling glass windows in the front Master bedroom suite to fall asleep to and wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee as you overlook the sugar white sand beach, while listening to the waves of the ocean. The 2 large bathrooms feature custom tile in the showers and beautiful granite countertops.

Some features in this beach paradise are tiled floors throughout with warm area rugs that compliment the beautiful granite countertops and new furnishings. The flat screen T.V.'s in each bedroom and the 65 inch flat panel T.V. in the living area. During your stay, enjoy a movie from the video collection or relax reading one of the books in the book collection.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and under cabinet, countertop lighting. Everything you need for your family and to entertain including bar with bar stools. Laundry room with a separate refrigerator and full size washing machine and dryer.

Perdido Towers has 2 towers, each with only 34 units, each serviced by 2 elevators with 2 units per floor (No catwalks). The large parking area, 400 feet of private beach, 8 ft. deep pool with pool deck are never crowded. This spectacular unit is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pool and the gulf.

If you love fishing and boating, this is the perfect area for you as it features private docks, ramps and a cleaning station. Perdido Bay is only 2 miles away by boat. Cruise around Ono Island to watch the dolphins play or just sit in the gazebo and watch the action on the Ole River. Fishing is always good in the surf or set crab traps at the dock.

Rented with a 7 day minimum stay only from Saturday to Saturday.

Our second year in Maribeth's condo on Perdido Key. Most fine! Perfectly situated. Lovely apartment with a balcony and large windows overlooking the Gulf. This is an awesome beach condo, and our family had a wonderful vacation there. The owner was very quick to send our security deposit back, and she ensured everything was in order for our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone due to its great location, beautiful interior, and great owner.

Awesome Condo with Incredible views. Slept great every night and it was extremely quiet and comfortable. The pool was perfect and always clean. Plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect location for beach and pool

The unit is really pretty and spacious. Spent a lot if time on the balcony and the beach just enjoying the view. Windows in the master bedroom are the best. Gorgeous view! We would book again!

My family absolutely loved staying in this condo! The open floor plan is great with kids and gave us plenty of room. The beds were super comfy and we had lots of towels and linens. The views of the pool and beach are gorgeous. Our kids had a great time too, and after too much fun & sun on the beach, they could still swim in the pool that had some shade. The owner was fabulous, friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and there’s never a wait on the elevator! Two ladies traveling felt very safe and many great restaurants! Innerarity pointe was our favorite with live band! Would love to come back next year!!

Amazing condo

We absolutely adored this condo. The unit was exactly as expected and the building and grounds were very, very nice. The beachfront wasn’t packed so we were able to relax. Just a short walk to the bay and to our favorite spot, the Florabama. 10/10.

Our new favorite vacation spot.

The condo we rented was great. Very modern and up to date. One of the best things I liked was we did everything by email, no office to locate and wait in line to get keys, care package ect. We drove straight to our condo which is very convenient. There's a large very nice pool, private beach access. We loved it and will stay at Perdido Towers again.

Awesome Condo

Condo is everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Owners are great to work with and respond quickly to your communications. Condo has everything you need to cook meals should you choose to stay in. It even has books, games and sand toys for your entertainment! Don't pass this one up!!

Wonderful Condo

Condo was just as described with a well appointed kitchen, and you just can't beat being right on the beach with fantastic views from the master and balcony. Both masters were very nice; to the point we couldn't decide which one was the best, even though one was on the bay side. Most important for us was cleanliness. The place was spotless! The owner was great to deal with and prompt with the return of our deposit. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back soon. ps. The shower head and water pressure were the best ever! We are looking for one just like it for the house presently.

Lovely. Loved It.

Such a lovely apartment: spacious and well appointed and very accurately described. Large glass doors in the living room open onto a balcony facing the Gulf, which is a stone’s throw away and provides a spectacular show. Floor-to-ceiling windows in one of the two bedrooms offer the same view. The beach is an easy, quick stroll along the property’s boardwalk. The building and grounds are very well maintained and conveniently located: restaurants are an easy drive … and even an easy walk. [Flora-Bama Yacht Club is about three-quarters of a mile west and the Crab Trap is maybe the same distance east.] The owner, Maribeth, was very responsive to our occasional message. This was our third winter's stay on Perdido Key, and we plan a return to Maribeth’s apartment. Highly recommend!

Blessed at the beach

We had a great time staying here and felt blessed by the quality of the condo. Two master suites, one has a wall of windows that overlook the ocean. Two of the windows open and we enjoyed having them open at night falling asleep to the waves crashing. The condo is very spacious and you not only have oceanfront views but also have a view of the intracoastal and the pool which is handy if you have kids. One slight concern is the office staff seemed a bit stuffy and they suddenly added a line to the pool rules that said no toys, no balls, no tossing. I didn't use the pool myself but what's a pool without kids being able to have fun. For me it's still a 5 star experience.

Exceeded Expectations!!

What a GEM! The pictures don't even do this lovely condo justice! It's such a perfect location, super clean and the most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in! Anything you could need was there! We loved the private beach! It was never crowded even though we were there during peak season and we didn't have to worry about big tents blocking our view! It's close to Orange Beach, so plenty to do, but you can also choose to be quiet. Check-in and out were easy and parking was great. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The only complaint is it went by too fast! We definitely plan to come back to this property!

Welcome to our piece of paradise. A dream of ours was to own a piece of property on the beach with direct views of the ocean. We wanted a place where the beaches were not over crowded, but provided easy access to great restaurants and fun activities. Perdido Key was it and our condo in Perdido Towers had our name written all over it. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Why they chose this property

We love the quiet atmosphere of Perdido Key. The restaurants are close, abundant and reasonably priced. There are many family friendly activities and great shopping close by. We hope you and your family will enjoy our home and begin to build lifelong memories!

What makes this property unique

Direct gulf access and view. Boat dock, 8 ft. pool, tennis courts, exercise room, walking distance to the famous Flora Bama. Shopping, including The Wharf in Orange Beach and the Outlet's in Foley, AL and great restaurants such as Lambert's and LuLu's Grille.
