Located in a fantastic location right in the heart of Park City. This cozy condo is within walking distance to everything including, Park City Mountain Resort, shopping, dining & nightlife.

Free Park City Shuttle stop with-in walking distance.

This 1-bedroom/2-bath condominium includes a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Kitchen also has blender, toaster, stocked Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and full size oven. Cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace, fast wireless internet access, 55” Smart TV, comfortable queen size sofa sleeper and entrance to small balcony. Bedroom has sliding doors to the small balcony and includes a new, very comfortable queen size bed.

Also included in the complex is a coin operated washer and dryer, sauna and hot tub. Onsite free parking.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great short stay and the owners are very kind and responsive. The condo is clean, quiet, cozy, and convenient to downtown Park City. We particularly enjoyed having a crackling fire going in the fireplace. A great home base when visiting Park City.

Great location and great value

Overall a great stay! Location is convenient and it’s easy to get places on the shuttles. Having 2 bathrooms and the hot tub downstairs were nice. Only complaint is that the pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location of the flat is perfect and it gets good light from the numerous windows. The flat has what you need for longer stays and it was great to have a second bathroom when friends came to visit.

Clean, well kept unit in an older development. Small, but so efficiently laid out and maintained it seems just right for 2 people. Owner is very accommodating and quickly responds to any inquiries. Definitely recommend this for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Great location for ski vacation

My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and really liked the convenient location (just a 10 min walk to the slopes and easy enough to walk to get groceries or eat out) so we didn’t need to rent a car. Would’ve like to have tried the restaurant attached to the complex, but it was apparently closed during our stay. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great Park City location

This is a great condo for a couple that loves to ski. We took the bus to Park City Resort the first day only to realize it was quicker to valet our skis at the resort and walk. Close to the downtown area without being in the chaos of downtown. Also a great grocery store a block away. Condo was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like there's some history to the facility itself - it has an old town charm.

Really enjoyed our stay. Jeff was responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable. Building was quiet. Well located and easy to get to both Main Street and Canyons by car or bus. Mattress in the bedroom is a little smaller than a queen, but also have a queen pullout couch in the living room.

Great Location and Owners!

We spent a wonderful month at this property. Great location (could walk to the lifts/Park City ski village and multiple free shuttle options to get around town) and the owners were very responsive to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We have two young kids so it was great to be able to walk to the City Park playground and Park City library as well. The amazing downtown Park City is walkable for active adults but it's even easier to just hop on a free shuttle. The unit was clean and functional and both beds were comfortable. The unit is also in a good location in the building tucked away in the corner sharing only a wall with one other unit, so our stay was always quiet. The Copperbottom Inn was a wonderful home for our trip!

Second stay was as good as the first

We came back to Jeff's place two years after our first stay. It was just as comfortable the second time as the first. Bed is comfortable. Towels are thick. Showers hot. Everything you need after a long day. The second bathroom is a big help, and despite being a smaller unit, you have a ton of storage. Complex was quiet, and of course you are conveniently located to multiple bus stops. Kitchen is adequate, but not really equipped to handle a lot of cooking at home. Thankfully, you walk out the front door and can be in dozens of great places in a few minutes. Happy to recommend this place to others.
