The building is in a quiet local, with commercial spaces, restaurants, coffees, supermarket and a 5 minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes walk to the Castle.
Leiria, a city in the center of Portugal, is a favoured location to visit: Mosteiro da Batalha about 11 Km away; mosteiro de Alcobaça about 30 Km; convento de Cristo em Tomar a 40km away and Santuário de Fátima a 30 Km.
The city also stays close the atlantic coast with beautiful beaches as: S. Pedro de Moel (20km) and Nazaré (30Km) well known by the tradiconal fishing and recently by the big Mcnamara wave.
There are public buses in the city to all of these places.
