In Elba Island, right by the sea, this holiday house is located in a quiet and exclusive area, overlooking one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island. 20 meters far from the sea, direct access to the private area on the sea from the Mediterranean garden. This two-level villa is ideal for the holiday of large families with children, during summertime or wintertime. It is located on the North coast, it is exposed to the West, therefore it is perfectly sunny throughout the day, until sunset. The sea can be reached directly from the garden, the sandy beach is 2 minute walk away.
The property includes the main villa of great charm, with six bedrooms (for a total of 14 people) and four bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living room; from the large panoramic terrace you reach a completely independent dependance with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom (for 3 people). In total, the property can accommodate up to 17 people in total, maximum comfort. The villa and the annex are rented jointly and are both included in the rent.
A spacious private area overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers, is for the exclusive use of guests; it is easily accessible from the garden. The large garden on several levels, terraced with Mediterranean shrubs, directly overlooks the sandy bay. Two canoes are available for guests.
The property is equipped with all services, including outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors on the large terrace, while admiring the splendid view of Capraia Island. There are two comfortable outdoor hot showers in environments that offer maximum privacy. Some areas have air conditioning. Highly reliable wi-fi is provided by stable ADSL cable connection. The private parking includes three parking spaces.
