Perfect place in Villasimius!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Villasimius! The Appartment was perfect for us. The back balcony gets sun in the morning and the front balcony in the afternoon. It was super clean, well set up and there were so many details that made such a nice difference. Everything from sharp knives and good pots& pans for cooking to an extra bag for shopping, hand soap and extra towels for the beach! The location is the best- it’s a quiet street yet only a two minute walk to the center of town with restaurants, shops, cafes etc. we walked to the beach as well. It was definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed in our 4 trips to Italy & Sardinia. We would book again without hesitation!

Schön!!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Check in durch den Vermieter war kurz, eher zu kurz. Die eine oder andere Info mehr wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Z.B. wie und wo man den Müll entsorgt. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden, dafür aber 2 Herdkännchen (oder auch Espressokocher genannt). Der Fernseher hat ausschließlich italienische Sender. Positiv zu erwähnen sind Klimageräte in allen Räumen und vor allem auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Bis zum Ortskern sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, trotzdem hört man keinerlei Straßenlärm. Dafür bellen jedoch nachts in der Nachbarschaft mehrere Hunde, zu jeder x-beliebigen Uhrzeit. Das nervt schon sehr. Was ich nicht gut fand war, dass der Vermieter beim Ceck-out eine Reinigungsgebühr in cash haben wollte, die weder während des Buchungsvorgangs über Fewo-Direkt noch in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt wurde. Da wir keinen Streit wollten haben wir 50 Euro bezahlt. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Tutto perfetto, a partire dal Signor Giuseppe che ci ha offerto grande disponibilità, all’appartamento molto bello, curato, spazioso e in cui non manca proprio nulla. Ottima posizione per godersi le uscite serali senza dover prendere la macchina.

Perfetto e organizzatissimo

Ho soggiornato due settimane ho notato una grande rispetto e senso di ospitalità . pulizia perfetta ambiente elegante e raffinato tutto molto civile aria condizionata in ogni ambiente anche acqua e bibite nel frigorifero sono un segno di attenzione per l'ospite. tutti gli appartamenti in locazione estiva dovrebbero essere così attrezzati. Ottima anche la posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro e a 20 minuti a piedi dal mare anche il posto auto è una grande risorsa Sia la signora Marianna che il marito Giuseppe sono persone molto disponibili per ogni richiesta.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet (Bademantel, Handtuch, Strandausstattung, Holzkohle, Waschmaschine etc.), bietet einen Balkon mit Morgensonne und eine Terrasse mit Abendsonne und Kamin zum Grillen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Milch, Butter, Eiern und Marmelade gefüllt - sehr aufmerksam!! Auch Wasser war vorrätig und Olivenöl sowie andere Grundnahrungsmittel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen Vielen Dank an Guiseppe!! Susan

Herbsturlaub Villasimius

Bei den ganzen Top Betwertungen braucht man nicht mehr viel schreiben. Bei diesen Objekt stimmt von A-Z einfach alles. Der Urlaub war toll. Das Wetter war toll und es hat jeden Abend wieder Spaß gemacht in das Ferien Domizil zurückzukehren......

Vacaciones perfectas¡¡

Somos fanaticos de Villasimius, y de verdad el atico de Giuseppe Piras es hermoso; comodisimo, luminoso, grande, con un amoblamiento delicado . Es mas bonito que en las fotos, a una cuadra de la plaza principal del centro de Villasimius, con un garage amplio que te soluciona la vida¡ El trato con Giuseppe ha sido calido y simplificando todo¡¡ Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad y nosotros regrasaremos seguramente. Sommerurlaub Villasimius Aug. 2019

Wir verlebten unseren ersten Sardinienurlaub in Guiseppes Apartement. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Lage hätte besser nicht sein können, ein kurzer Fußweg und man war abends mitten im Leben. Die Strände sind einfach nur traumhaft und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das einzige, was wir kritisieren, ist das ungesicherte WLAN und dass die angegebene Klimaanlage leider nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden war. Somit musste man leider in der Nacht sehr schwitzen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub.

Sehr komfortabel und empfehlenswert

Das Appartement liegt in zentraler, dennoch sehr ruhiger Nebenstraße vom Zentrum Villasiums entfernt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne, komfortable und geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit allem Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Gute Raumaufteilung, 2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Balkone, mit Grillmöglichkeit. Besonders komfortabel ist der Internetanschluss und ein abschließbarer Tiefgaragenplatz, weil auf der Straße kaum oder keine Parkmöglichkeit. Giuseppe war stets erreichbar, hat sich bei Rückfragen um alles gekümmert und war stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Giuseppe!

Tutto perfetto!!

Io, mio marito e i nostri tre ragazzi di 16, 14 e 14 anni abbiamo appena trascorso una piacevolissima settimana a Villasimius ospiti di Giuseppe e Marianna. La casa è molto bella oltre che comoda e dotata di tutto quello che occorre per un soggiorno in serenità. Strategica la posizione, tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro. Valore aggiunto sicuramente il garage!! Giuseppe è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Grazie di tutto!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage und bester Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, da der Allgemeinzustand relativ neu und sehr sauber ist. Jede Art von Elektrogeräten ist vorhanden. Der Geräuschepegel ist sehr gering. Dir Raumaufteilung ist praktisch und verschiedenartig nutzbar. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der verschließbaren Tiefgarage ist äußerst vorteilhaft, da Parkplätze im Bereich der Wohnung kaum zu finden sind. Außerdem sind die frei nutzbaren Fahrräder für kleine Erledigungen sehr nützlich. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfreich und entgegenkommend. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Un vacanza eccellente!

Ottima location al centro del paese ma molto tranquilla e comoda, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Molto ben arredata con gusto e qualità. Impeccabile per pulizia e stato conservativo (é comunque di recente costruzione). Giuseppe, il proprietario si é dimostrata persona squisita per gentilezza e disponibilità. Da diversi anni frequentiamo Villasimius in questo periodo, ed in questa splendida casa ci torneremo ancora!

Einfach super!

Die FeWo ist super schön sowie sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem nichts und wir haben uns dort von der ersten Sekunde an superwohl gefühlt. Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral in dem kleinen Örtchen Villasimius. Die Supermärkte, Bäcker und jede Menge Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Strände und das Meer haben Karibik-Feeling; insbesondere die Farben. Mit dem Bus (von arst) sind diverse Orte in der Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Verbindung von Villasimius bis zur Hauptstadt Cagliari dauert ca. 1,5 Std. und ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben Sardinien in der Vorsaison besucht. Die Pflanzen, Büsche und Bäume waren saftig grün und die Blumen in den tollsten Farben am Blühen. Die Temperaturen waren mit 20-23C und viel Sonne gut auszuhalten. Außerdem ging immer ein leichter Wind. Wir waren definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal auf Sardinien!

Bellissimo e comodissimo appartamento a due passi (veri) dal centro. Davvero ottimo.

Siamo stati 15 gg nello stupendo appartamento del sig. Giuseppe (fam. di 4 persone formata da due adulti e due bambini di 11 e 14 anni). L'appartamento e' molto bello, esattamente come nelle fotografie, e attrezzato con tutto, veramente tutto quel che serve. La veranda in attico, all'ingresso, con barbecue e zona pranzo/cena, e' davvero molto funzionale e comoda. Il soggiorno/cucina, in open space e' spaziosissimo e comodo. I bagni sono molto ben curati e nuovi. Utilissimi, ovviamente, la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Le camere sono ampie, particolarmente la matrimoniale, e arredate con cura. Il balcone esterno, a servizio delle due camere, e' molto funzionale. Ulteriore e importante e' l'uso del garage al piano inferiore, che consente di non pensare piu' al parcheggio (non irrilevante, dato che il centro di Villasimius e' sempre frequentatissimo d'estate e l'appartamento e' in zona traffico limitato). In definitiva la soluzione del sig. Giuseppe consente di godere appieno di tutte' le comodita', in centro, e di poter raggiungere le spiagge, con l'auto, dimenticandosi di averla. Il sig. Giuseppe, gentilissimo, ci ha dato massima disponibilita', supporto e cortesia. Per concludere, mi sento di considerarlo uno dei migliori appartamenti che abbia frequentato in vacanza.

Super Wohnung - Appartamento molto bello

Das Appartement von Giuseppe ist wirklich sehr schön und hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es ist zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen, voll ausgestattet und sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Appartement ist gut aufgeteilt und verfügt über eine geräumige und klimatisierte Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Balkone. Besonders komfortabel ist der Internetanschluss und der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Als Gastgeber war Giuseppe stets erreichbar, hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und hat selbst eine Ausstattung für unseren kleinen Sohn organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Giuseppe! L'appartamento di Giuseppe e veramente molto bello e ci ha piaciuto tantissimo. Non solo che si trova nel centro ed è situato in una strada silenziosa, ma in più non manca niente per l'uso quotidiano. L'appartamento è adatto per bambini ed è suddiviso molto bene con una cucina-soggiorno (con aria condizionata), due camere da letto, due doccia bagni. Sia l'accesso internet che il posto parcheggio in un parcheggio sotterraneo sono molto comodi. Giuseppe è stato veramente molto gentile, disponibile, raggiungibile ed in più ci ha organizzato tutto per nostro figlio piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. Riverremo con molto piacere. Ti ringraziamo tanto Giuseppe!

Fantastica

Grazie a Giuseppe e Marianna Piras per essere stati molto gentili la casa una meraviglia ...molto confortevole arredata con gusto e accessoriata di tutto la posizione ottima centrale ma tranquilla la prima volta che trovò una casa in affitto così confortevole!!!!!inoltre molto pulita e con biancheria e stoviglie nuove ...che dire ...contentissima sicuramente ci tornerò !!!!

Italienische Gelassenheit in Villasimius

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, trotz mitternächtlicher Anreise Unkomplizierter und zuvorkommender Vermieter Modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ihm sardischen Stil Auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet (wir waren zu fünft mit drei Kindern) Zentrale Lage über den Dächern von Villasimius - Supermarkt und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar Schöne Gegend mit herrlichen Stränden Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit! Vielen Dank Giuseppe!!!
