Located one mile north of Holetown, opposite the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel with included Fairmont Beach Club membership. On the exclusive West Coast and close to glorious beaches (200m) and within easy reach of a wide selection of shops, bars and fine restaurants. 5 Porters Court is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite bathroom villa with wrap around veranda, spacious open plan living area, well equipped fitted kitchen and private car parking adjacent to the villa. The charming villa is built in traditional chattel house design with high pickled pine ceilings. The living area has two sets of French doors opening onto a wrap around veranda (with gas BBQ) for outside dining and relaxing. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Porters Court is an exclusive gated development of 8 luxury villas with a communal swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The villas are set within beautiful well-maintained tropical gardens. No. 5 has a great location right by the pool.

The villa comes with membership of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, a five minute walk from the property. This gives guests free access to sun beds and umbrellas and use of the beach bar and water sports facilities at your own expense. The famous Lonestar restaurant is also about a 5 minute walk as are three great beach bars.

Our housekeeper will visit three days per week. We provide all guests with a complimentary welcome grocery pack of tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, eggs, bread, butter, fruit, local beers and rum punch so you can relax immediately and enjoy your holiday. Our on-island property manager is always available to help. We can also arrange airport transfers and recommend car hire.

An outstanding property! I stayed along with my adult daughter and her friend. Tracy was amazing, so helpful with restaurants and excursions, even down to the taxi driver. The villa is beautiful, reality is even better than the photos. Membership to the Fairmont is a huge bonus. Location is great, handy for Holetown and with the buses being so accessible, it’s very easy to travel up and down the coast. This property is a 10 out of 10 without a doubt!From the minute you arrive, the property is so inviting, well taken care of and immediately feels like a home away from home.The host has thought of everything from complementary groceries, a welcoming rum punch, access to the beach club across the street, an excellent guest book filled with all the details of the home and surrounding area, and all the necessities of living so you don’t have to worry about a thing.It was close to everything you need the beach, town, buses, and great restaurants.Our stay at the house truly made our trip amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable luxury in Barbados!

Hidden Gem

This property is as advertised. Great for family of 4 and ideally located just a few mins from the Fairmont Beach Club. The check in process was seamless and the instructions were so easy to follow that we let our 11 year daughter took us through it. Both Kelly the property manager and Veronica the housekeeper were extremely pleasant and always available. They really made us feel like we were home away from home. Tracy the owner was also exceptional with communicating with us and making sure that everything met our needs. We utilized the kitchen and the grill a few times when we did not want to go out for dinner or lunch. We also took a short bus trip into Holetown to Massy, the supermarket to get some food supplies. Riding on the public bus was a great experience for my kids. I would really recommend staying at this location. It has everything that you could need and ask for. Oh, the pool was a nice touch for lazy days when you do not want to make a trip off property.

Fabulous Holiday Villa

My friends and I have been coming to Barbados for many years and have spent each of our holidays in a self catering villa. 5 Porters Court is right up there as one of the best places we have stayed. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and some lovely bars/restaurants. It is also very convenient for transport to both Holetown and Speightstown.The villa itself is very tastefully presented and extremely comfortable and welcoming. We don't always like to go out in the evening and love to cook so it was a delight to find the kitchen so well equipped. The villa was also spotlessly clean. First time to the island and the owner and property manager made us feel entirely at home! A dream villa.

Villa Number 5 at Porters Court was the most perfect little villa one could possibly wish for.Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.On arrival we were welcomed with a wonderful array of food and drinks to help us through our initial two days. Our housekeeper was the kindest, warmest and most helpful and fun lady and we always looked forward to seeing her 3 times a week. Our host kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The experience was first rate from start to finish! The host was highly attentive to our needs, the villa including the surrounding property was charming and very well appointed with everything you’d need, housekeeping (Veronica) was meticulous (and friendly) and the location was a very short walk away from the beach where access is allowed to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach club. Access to shopping/groceries is 5 minute taxi ride away and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we highly recommend 5 Porters Court as a base where you can simply relax or explore all that Barbados has to offer. Highly recommended!

Exceptional property

Our family of three stayed in 5, Porters Court and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is outstanding with a peaceful immaculate pool area to relax in and cool off. Porters Court is in a great location with easy access to the beach within 2 mins with the added bonus of beach passes allowing use of the bar and sun lounges. A short walk down the beach is the Lone Star, Jumas and Ju Ju’s. Veronica the housekeeper visits 3 times a week leaving the villa beautifully clean. After a long flight the welcome pack is a nice touch. It is easy to communicate with Tracy the owner and Kerry the manager we would not hesitate to use this villa again in the future.

Beautiful Property

Luckily for us we found this property online. The excellent reviews could not be ignored and, as we knew the area, we decided to book, we had only ever stayed in hotels previously. We were so glad we did and can’t honestly ever see us booking anywhere else when we return. The villa is spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standards, the quality of the furnishings are excellent. A substantial welcome pack is provided on arrival which is lovely and means you don’t have to immediately rush out to purchase anything. Veronica , the housekeeper, is a little gem, A couple of very minor issues were ironed out immediately by the management company. The property is ideally placed for the bus stop so you can easily get into Holetown and beyond. Don’t have any hesitation in booking this property, it really is as good as it looks, we will be back as soon as we can.

Superb house, loved everything

We researched a holiday home in Barbados and chose this and have no regrets, it was superb. Much bigger on the inside than we expected. Beautifully clean, tastefully furnished and fantastic location. Tracy, the host, was incredibly helpful and answered any queries immediately. Veronica the house keeper takes great pride in her work and it was a treat to come back to find the house so beautifully clean and tidy. Kerry, the property manager was also on standby and helpful The house has everything you need and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, a welcome pack in the fridge, beach towels, books, games, amazon fire stick on the TV.... The pool was lovely, clean and quiet and we took advantage of the passes for the beach club at the Royal Fairmont, which was a fantastic beach club. Overall an amazing holiday and we'd love to come back in the future.

Lovely Villa 5 mins to beach

Lovely quiet two bedroom villa in Porters being only a 5 min walk to the fabulous beach, bars and the famous Lone Star restaurant. The villa was spacious and cleaned to perfection 3 times a week by the lovely Veronica and the villa also had its own private parking space which was great as we had hired a car. The kitchen was very well equipped and made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The communal pool and loungers were a nice touch however we enjoyed the beach club so much we didn’t really use the pool during our stay! The only slight detraction for us was the close proximity to our neighbours verandah however this wouldn’t put us off returning in the future.

We just loved our stay at Porters Court. Tracy gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived and everything we could possibly need was there - beautifully cool and comfortable patio, very short walk to the beach, easy access to local buses (great fun), a pool and, as an extra bonus, lovely Veronica who came three times a week to clean, change the towels and generally look after everything.

Beautiful Porters Court

I cant say enough about Porters Court a small gated community of 8 villas in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and communal pool. There are times when travelling to Barbados you find a gem of a place and No 5 Porters Court is one of those places.The villa is beautifully modernised with quality decor, modernised walk in showers with everything you need in the kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The villa is extra special with beach club membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club a 5 minute walk across the road, includes free sun beds and umbrellas on the stunning Alleynes beach. A short walk away is JuJus Beach Bar and the Lone Star restaurant. A particularly lovely touch after a long flight to Barbados and your too tired or its too late to go to supermarket is the welcome pack, bread, butter, milk, juice, fruit, eggs, beers and especially the rum punch, all very much needed after a long journey to sit and relax on the gorgeous Veranda with the pool just ouside the front door and sun beds. Veronica visits 3 x a week to clean the villa, and Kerry the manager is always on hand should you need her. Tracey the owner has been excellant in her communication before and after our stay, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Tracey.

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location.

5 Porters Court was perfect in every way. It is set in a small development with 7 other villas. No 5 has direct access to the pool. The pool was always very quiet. The villa, gardens and pool were immaculate. The welcome pack had everything you could possibly need on day 1, including a large bottle of rum punch! Kerry the property manager was lovely as was Veronica the housekeeper. Tracy, the owner was very responsive to my emails. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Tracy’s villa to anyone looking for a fabulous 2 bedroom villa on the West Coast of Barbados.

An Amazing Experience!

An amazing stay in an all-round excellent villa! Our family of 3, 2 adults and a 10 year old child spent 15 unforgettable nights nights at 5PC and we can not say enough good things about our Barbados summer holiday. The villa is centrally located in a small gated community, 2 minutes away from one of the best beaches on the island, where the use of deck chairs and umbrella comes with the use of the villa, as the owner pays for a membership at the beach club there. General location is also excellent, bus stop just outside of the court, plus the villa has its own parking spot, if renting a car. The owner and host, Tracy has been great, with excellent communication and provision of information from the moment we made the booking till the very end. Same goes to the cleaner who visited three times a week and the property manager, thank you, both! We highly recommend the villa and will definitely book again! Thank you!

PERFECT STAY

The photos don`t do the property justice. We had a lovely relaxing stay in a great cottage style property. The pool was right outside the patio area and Tracey provided everything that was needed during our hols, from beach towels to the lovely Veronica who kept the place in tip top condition. There was only two of us but the cottage would comfortably accommodate four. Thanks Tracey, will be back

In May 2017 we realised our dream of owning our own property in Barbados. Since then we have spent time making it a comfortable home from home in paradise. We live in the UK and aim to spend as much time as we can in our second home. We hope to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Porters Court because of the charm of the villa which is built in the traditional chattel house style with wooden floors and high pickled wood ceilings. We also enjoy being very close to the Lonestar restaurant and JuJu's beach bar, two of our favourite places for sunset drinks on the beach!

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect and just across the road from the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where we enjoy the beach club. It is very easy to get around as the bus stops are just outside the gate and
