These apartments are nicer than they look online, and quite spacious. It was perfect for my family’s visit to Antigua. The courtyard and swimming area and beautiful and my kids had a great time in the pool. They arranged an airport taxi for us as well as gave advice about local activities.The communication was great.

Wonderful accommodations

Family of 6 had a great stay in Aintigua thx to entire staff at Nazeranos, especially Margeory. Rooms were clean and spacious, common areas were fantastic, pool, hot tub, hammocks, etc. Lunches were great and security was top notch, would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of Antigua, absolutely wonderful.

Great pretty apartments

The apartments were very nice! The property is beautifully maintained. Only problem we had was the bugs ants and some cockroaches, I think mostly since windows are left open and mostly all don’t have screens. The owner of this place is very knowledgeable and the workers are extremely helpful and nice, their service was amazing! Our laundry was very well done. The folder in the room was not updated with current info so some of the info there is not up to date but the workers are very willing to help. It was a little further out walking distance to Central Park / Cathedral than we saw on their map but still felt pretty safe with the walk. The place has really nice sceneries.

Amazing!

You are missing out if you do not stay hereThe property itself is amazing - clean and very relaxing. It is a great place to relax with lots of options (easy chairs, hammocks, pool, jacuzzi) to relax and unwind. The rooms were extremely spacious and the beds very comfortable. Tom and Margeory are amazing and welcoming. They reached out ahead of time to make sure everything was taken care of. When we were at the property they were always around and ready to help (setting up an App so we could order food, ordering medicines when needed etc.) It felt like we were staying with family. Tom even stayed up till 1 am on the day we were leaving to make sure we got on to our shuttle safely.Highly recommend APARTAMENTOS LOS NAZARENOS and we will definitely come back again!

Great place to stay on edge of town

Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay. Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). Good place to work from with the extra space, good wifi, and daily option for prepared lunch. Good security measures makes it feel safe inside. The owner Tom is great and always available, and the rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Cons: The location is a little far from most things in town (although Ubers are really cheap if you don't want to walk the 10-20 min). The street you're on looks a little sketchy at night. We were a little worried pulling up the first night we got in, but it ended up being totally fine for us.

Wow, what a great place. I rented an apartment here for two months and enjoyed every day of my stay. Tom is an amazing host. He's super helpful with anything you need, including advice about the town and arranging car travel. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The place itself is amazingly comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities you need for a very nice experience, and the Internet connection was fast and reliable. There's even a refrigerator in the common area that's stocked with a variety of drinks, including sodas and beer and wine, and a cabinet with coffee and games. The laundry area was super convenient and made cleaning clothes a breeze. The inner courtyard, with the well-manicured grass and the relaxing hammocks, felt peaceful and quiet and like an oasis from the bustle of the rest of Antigua. It's a 20-minute walk to the center of Antigua, and the walk is pleasant with the amazing weather and the great views of Volcan Agua along the way. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever back in Antigua, I'll absolutely be staying here again.

Best hotel in Antigua

We were so pleased with our stay from the moment we arrived. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartments are gorgeous, bright and spacious. Everything is so clean which makes such a difference when you are away from home. And the staff were incredible. Special thanks to Margeory for all her help when I got sick. She made me tea, called a house-call doctor and filled my prescription for me. I can’t thank her enough. She is a very special person! We will never stay anywhere else in Antigua and we will recommend Apartamentos los Nazarenos to all of our friends too! Thank-you so much!

Simply the best place to stay in Antigua

We've stayed here for three of the past four years! Staying elsewhere only confirmed our original opinion. There is no place else that has similar amenities in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. In addition to the beautiful two-floor apartment, fitted with modern baths and kitchen, there is laundry service available on premises, the wifi network is excellent (for those of us who are working while playing) and an on premise cook can provide delicious meals. We love it here!

We stayed at apartementos Los Nazarenos almost a week during the Christmas holidays and we had a great stay! Really nice environment with the central court and the apartment was clean and well furnished. The beds were also confortable! But the best part is the fact that we had an incredible service from Cristy, who was in charge while the owners were in Belgium for the holidays! Always ready to help and answer our questions, she was great!

An amazing oasis

I spent 3 weeks in one of these apartments and loved it! Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The maids are friendly, helpful, and come in to clean once a week. The outdoor area is tranquil and quite lovely. Tom and his wife go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are also a wealth of information about Antigua and the surrounding areas. They will provide directions, make suggestions, and book any tours or excursions you want. In short, they are both lovely people!! The only slightly negative is the fact that it is located a short distance from the town centre. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. However, with the Tuk Tuks, taxis, and now, Ubers, it really isn’t a problem. I would go back and stay there again. I hope I can. Thanks, Tom and Alejandra. From Wilhelmina, Ontario, Canada

Clean and comfortable.

In short this was my favorite stay in Antigua! I recommend to anyone for business or pleasure. Tom, his wife, and staff are all so warm, friendly and accommodating. They can provide you anything you need from laundry service (on premises) to shuttles. To say it was clean was an understatement!

Beautiful, super clean, quiet, safe. Great owners. Tom was happy to make any needed arrangements for transportation, meals, business. Good, consistent internet. Two English tv stations (cnn & bbc). Very safe. About 1 km from town center (get in your steps, or take a tuk-tuk for 15Q). Only a couple years old. Very modern, impeccably clean. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Place to call Home in Antigua

Tom and Alejandra are wonderful hosts. Alejandra is an amazing cook and ordering breakfast at Los Nazarenos is definitely the way to go. The crepes with Nutella and Bananas are HEAVENLY! I can't say enough good things about this special place. The courtyard is a nice gathering place for the guests and we made many new friends. We felt safe and I did not mind the walk at night back from Parque Central by myself with my two girls. I am not fluent in Spanish and Tom gladly helped me order takeout meals on several occasions. The apartments are perfect for families that want to feel at home away from home. The upper terrace has a beautiful view and the hammocks were a big hit with my children. This is the first vacation I have had with my four children where they all were in tears leaving. We have been back in the States for a day and the kids want to know when we can go back, learn Spanish, and visit Tom and Alejandra. There are many places in Antigua where you can stay, but I don't think you will find someplace else like Los Nazarenos where you truly feel like a part of the family. Thank you, Tom and Alejandra! We miss you both!

Wonderful place and hosts.

We stayed in apartment 3. It was very clean and the perfect space for work/living for an extended time period. Our hosts, Tom and Alejandra, were super helpful in everything that needed planning or any unexpected events. The house is located off from the main part of town, but the walk is not bad and it is worth it to have some quiet. We highly recommend this property to others and we hope to come back again.

Wonderful apartment

We had a great stay at Apartamentos Los Nazarenos. Tom was very helpful when we had to adjust our dates. The apartment was comfortable and we loved the upper outside deck/balcony overlooking the courtyard and open to the sky and stars at night. Nice views of the surrounding hills also. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. It is a bit of a long walk to the plaza, La Iglesia Merced and arch a bit closer but we liked the walking and the ease of taking a tuk-tuk back 'home' when our feet were tired! Tom was born and raised in Belgium. After his university studies he decided to take a sabbatical year in Guatemala, in order to practice his Spanish, to volunteer and to do some backpacking. He fell in love with the friendly people, the beautiful landscapes and the nice weather. Ever since he dreamt of returning to Guatemala and 8 years later, after having worked in the tourism industry in Spain, Greece, Dominican Republic and Mexico, he returned to Guatemala to buy a plot of land in Antigua Guatemala and to build some nice and comfortable vacation apartments. He has never regretted his decision as the weather in Antigua Guatemala is beautiful all year round and there is lots to do in Antigua. Tom lives on the property from where he runs both his Airbnb and his Belgian Translation Agency.
