Centrally located, everything is close and quiet
At the heart of the historic city, 2pas the lake, shops and entertainment.
Superb apartment facing south-east, you take breakfast on a large wooden gallery with large windows where the sun penetrates. The view is clear and you can see the city waking up around the canal.
Located on the 2nd floor of an old house very atypical;
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave washing machine, induction hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc .... ..

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Annecy

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage direkt in der historischen Altstadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hafen und See sind fußläufig binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für Bäckereien, Restaurants und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nähe zur umliegenden Gastronomie führt bei geöffneten Fenstern allerdings dazu, dass zeitweilig entsprechende Küchengerüche wahrnehmbar sind. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, jedoch könnte der Bestand an Bechern, Tassen und Tellern eine kleine Aufstockung vertragen, um das Fassungsvermögen des Geschirrspülers auch ausnutzen zu können. Die nächste (Langzeit)Parkmöglichkeit besteht im Parkhaus Hotel de Ville. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gestaltete sich sehr erfreulich und unkompliziert. Der einwöchige Aufenthalt in Annecy war angenehm.

Stunning place, loved staying in this tourist attraction.

My children and I spent Christmas here this year. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. The layout is great, everything is very clean. People stop outside all the time to have their pictures taken but cannot get to building, which is great. All the beds including the sofa bed are very comfortable. This was my first time renting through VRBO so I was surprised at the extra cost of sheets, towels, cleaning when we left etc. We did our own cleaning which was fine and easy so no fee. We did have to buy everything like hand soap when we got there. No big problem as there’s a store a couple of doors away. Communication with the owner was very easy and there was wonderful flexibility with arrangements. We would definitely be happy to stay there again. We parked in the hotel parking lot across the Main Street as was able to get a 5 day parking ticket which allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Parking outside of the flat is very difficult and not free. Annecy is beautiful and we would have loved to explore even more. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé dans la vielle ville

Très bel appartement, situé en plein cœur de la vieille-ville et à moins de 10 min à pied du lac. 2 chambres, toilettes séparées, appartement équipé du wifi, d'un lave-vaisselle (trés pratique), lave-linge et de vaisselle. Le coût des draps est élevé (16 euros par drap) et une caution de 500 euros est demandée (n'est pas précisé dans la description). Caution récupérée immédiatement à la fin du séjour. Un monoprix situé juste à coté, c'est trés pratique. Annecy est une trés belle ville, et ce fut un plaisir d'avoir séjourné dans cet appartement. Nous avons aussi été trés bien accueillis lors de la réception de l'appartement.
