The spacious bathroom features a shower\tub fully equipped with grab bars. This is the closest oceanfront condo to Fort Clinch and the historic seaport village of Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The Terraces is a premier Florida beach condo rental! The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbeque grills for your convenience. The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The Terraces at Beach side is wonderful for a romantic getaway or reserve multiple rooms for that much needed family vacation. Whatever your plans, the Terraces at Beach side is truly a premium Amelia Island resort rental.

The location of this property makes it. We were literally just steps from the beach. It was very easy to get to the beach. There were restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean. Bring everything that you need as it was not completely stocked. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this place. We plan on returning.

Perfect place for a couple, just the right size, and a quick walk to a uncrowded beach, with the Sandbar restaurant right there. It’s a quick drive to the charming town of Fernandina Beach. We enjoyed our relaxing week. Our unit was perfect!!!The 3 sinks was extremely accomodating. We had everything we needed to cook with. It was very welll stocked for anything you might need for pool, beach, or staying in. This unit is absolutely perfect for a couple or 2 people. I have a knee brace on so the elevator was super helpful and pool was easy accessible. The view from our patio was very nice and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings with the cool breeze coming over us.Communication was easy and we always got a quick response. We'll definitely be back.

The property needs a thorough cleaning.The dryer was broken and the property owner notified and did nothing except stated "sorry for the inconvenients". The pool was filthy and totally unsafe to swim in.

incredible location on the beach- walk to restaurants, surf shop and Fort Clinch State park. If you want an incredibly chill vacation this is the spot. Was tight for 2 adults two kids, but made it work.
