Appart proche de la gare de Vincennes au coeur de la ville dans le calme

Reservation de dernière minute pour fuir la vie Parisienne. Nous avons recus un super accueil de David. Appartement conforme au site. Il est fonctionnel et on s'y sent bien. Proche de la Gare il est facile de se deplacer.

Klein, aber sauber und super Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Studio ist zwar klein, reicht aber vollkommen für zwei Personen und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausserdem sehr ruhig und in ca. 15 Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Paris :) Auch David war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat unsere Fragen zum Studio, aber auch zu Paris allgemein immer sehr schnell und ehrlich beantwortet. Ausserdem war der Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert und doch haben wir die Persönlichkeit geschätzt. Wir würden direkt wiederkommen!

A great place to stay in Paris

We enjoyed our stay in Vincennes. Our host was very helpful. Loved the studio apartment, a very quiet area to base ourselves, only 20 minutes by train to most places, and easy to get to CDG airport.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très courtois est disponible. La gardienne charmante ! Le quartier est très sympathique. Métro et RER à deux pas. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Voir Paris...et résider à Vincennes

Un beau séjour dans une ville tranquille tout près de Paris (métro et RER à 5 minutes), dans un immeuble de patrimoine, entouré de magasins et restos. Et la plus-value du studio, David, un hôte parfait, réactif et toujours à l'écoute de ses clients. Merci, David !

Ottimo soggiorno

Stanza comoda, pulita, con tutto ciò che può servire per un breve soggiorno. Bel palazzo d'epoca in zona davvero comoda al centro (M1 e RER A a 1 minuto a piedi) , elegante, ricca di negozi, supermercati e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Molto meglio che stare in quartiere del centro a mio parere. David gentile e disponibile. Sistemerei qualche piccolo dettaglio ma niente di più.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Vincennes sehr genossen! Das Appartment befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Haus, ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Perfekte Anbindung an Metro und RER, viele Geschäfte und schöne Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Jederzeit wieder, merci David!

Well located outside of Paris, plenty in the town itself (shops and restaurants). Excellent metro links. Apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us at the apartment and when we left. Thank you David!

Perfectly Parisian!

This lovely studio is exactly what I imagined a small, Paris apartment to be, from the whispy, white curtains to the real wood floors. It is very private, and located in a beautiful building with quiet neighbors. The studio is located just a few short blocks from the Metro line that runs all the way to the best tourist sites downtown. However, you get to relax in the peaceful, clean, upscale neighborhood of Vincennes. I would recommend this over downtown to anyone! It's well worth the short Metro ride to get into the bustling city when you're ready. David is a wonderful host, too, who responds to messages or questions right away.

Studio très bien aménagé et déco agréable et fonctionnel.Suite à un déplacement professionnel;j'ai apprécié l'accès facile au métro et rerA à quelques mètres.Studio propre,lumineux,bien chauffé,lit super spacieux et confortable et peinture intact.La cuisine est pratique et bien équipée. Dommage le parquet partiel en bois est un peu bruyant lors des déplacements. Proche des commerces et des transports ce studio est idéalement situé pour un déplacement professionnel,familial,touristique. * Petit bémol;un peu bruyant ans la journée. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son attention. A renouveler lors d'un prochain séjour. Mme Nanette

Estuvimos en este apartamento en julio de 2012, nos parecio estupendo, muy bonito y cerca del metro y de disney. La zona muy bonita al lado del castilo!!!!!!! el dueño encantador!! Sin duda, si tenemos la oportunidad de ir a paris otra vez, repetiremos seguro;

UN STUDIO SUPER

Nous avons sejourné dans ce studio quelques nuités, et nous apprécié le lieux, la superficie, la luminosité, le mobilier de gout ainsi que l'espace qui est bien exploité. Nous remercions le proprietaire pour son acceuil, son ecoute. Nous avions des craintes pour le stationnement car nous etions véhiculés nous avons pu stationné trés facilement. Le plus l'endroit, facile pour se déplacer zonne commercante. Pour nous c'etait vraiement super merci au proprietaire et peut etre à bientot . SONIA ET RICHARD SAFAR
