Breath Taking 4 Bedoom 3 Bathroom Spacious Duplex

4 bedroom house that sleeps 10 comfortably.

Enjoy our newly Built house that includes new tiled floors living room kitchen areas and all bathes, carpeting, fresh paint, new appliances and much more.

The house is ideal for families, with an easy walk back and forth from the beach (2 blocks) the beach is free and guarded with lifeguards.
There are three bedrooms upstairs (including the master bedroom and master bath). The master bedroom has a King size bed and full bath. The other bedrooms have Bunk Beds with pull out mattress sleeps 3 and the other bedroom has queen bed. There is a full bath in the upstairs hall, Also there is a laundry room in the upstairs hall with with a in wall ironing board Total upstairs sleeping is for 7 people. The downstairs has one bedrooms with a queen bed. with a full bath. Total downstairs sleeping is for 3 if one person sleeps on the coach.
After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand or clean up for the day in an enclosed outside shower (hot and cold water) with room for changing.

*** Linens are NOT supplied (Sheets, towels and comforters)

The kitchen in fully equipped to prepare a great meal for friends and family. Gas stove/range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice/ water, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker (need your own kergig cups). Pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and utensils are provided.
Inside kitchen table seats 4, and a bar area with 3 bar stools, but most meals are enjoyed on the large outside deck that has one large table with 6 chairs. There is also a gas grill outside with 1 spare gas containers (you don’t want to run out of gas when you are having a BBQ).

In addition to the outside dining there are 2 chaise lounges for quiet reading or sunbathing.

Family room with ample seating; large sectional with love seat and chair with ottoman (seats 8). There is a 50” flat screen TV. Comcast cable is provided. DVD player. Stereo and CD player. Internet access with Wifi.

There is also a TV and basic cable in each bedroom.

Diamond Beach beaches are free. (Beach tags are not needed)
You are within blocks or even just steps of fine dining, casual dining, a convenience store, beach shop, a liquor store, and even mini-golf!. You are one block from the public trolley (Dolly the Trolley!) which can take you up into the action of the boardwalk. You are just across the bridge from downtown historic Cape May - a ten minute drive. You are about 2 miles from Morey's ride piers and water parks on the Wildwood boardwalk - this is also about a ten minute drive. You will find a beautiful wildlife preserve for hiking and bird-watching one block away. Don't forget about Atlantic City - everyone's favorite playground! It's just a 30 minute drive up the Parkway.

Great Place to Stay

We had an amazing time in Diamond Beach. Very convenient location for easy access to lots of things to do by bike. The house was large enough and laid out well enough to accommodate our whole family.

Great location if you are looking for a quiet area within a very short drive to WW boardwalk and Cape May. Beautiful, bright, spacious and well-maintained home. Covered front porch is great for rainy days. James was available for any questions we had.

Extraordinary Home in Perfect Location!

This home is the most beautiful & clean rental we've ever had. We've been coming to Wildwood Crest for many years and this beat all the other rentals by far. The owner is very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was filled with lots of extras that helped make the stay even more comfortable. We were all so impressed and would definitely stay again. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The pictures don't do it justice.

Beautiful, well kept home in a great neighborhood

This house has everything you could need. The garage stocked with everything for beach: buggy, boards, chairs, umbrellas and toys/games. Inside is clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. All rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Host was quick to respond to any questions and even recommended several good places to eat. Would definitely come back here!

Beautiful property with everything that was promised and more. Even with the threat of hurricane Ida, the storm missed us and we were on the beach everyday. A beautiful and spacious home

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious home. The house had beach chairs and a beach wagon which made the short walk to the beach a breeze! The bikes were enjoyed by all and gave us good exercise each day. The outdoor deck is large and very comfortable for star gazing at night. The laundry room was state of the art and made keeping our clothes clean easy and not a chore The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and the outdoor grill made cooking a pleasure. The next door neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend this home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Great Rental

We have been going to the shore for the last 8 years but this was the first time renting a house. The house was great. Everything that you needed was onsite and the owner was so easy to work with. He responded to any questions in a very short time frame. The house was clean and in a very quiet location. The house was furnished with higher end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture and it felt like home. We will definitely rent again.

Great rental. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk is a short car ride away. Place looks brand new, very clean and great AC on the hot days coming off the beach. Beds are comfy and three baths gets everyone ready quick...outside shower too....

Charming duplex in a great location. Close to the beach and many wonderful eateries. Also, a very short drive to Cape May. The owner was a pleasure to work with. There were seven adults and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The duplex was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.
