This villa decorated with taste has very nice and pleasant services to better seduce you. Fully air-conditioned, beautiful furniture, refined decoration, modern fitted kitchen, flat screen TV. Large walk-in shower. Superb heated pool, with massage jets, walled garden, automatic gate. Inside and in the garden a dream holiday feel around you. This villa is ideally located in the center of Provence in the heart of a farm. without nuisance.
The Pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th.

Lovely property; great pool

We stayed here for a week in May/June 2023. The property is great, very modern and clean with good WiFi. The pool is lovely and warm so perfect for swimming & relaxing all day. The property is very secure so we felt very comfortable there with our young children. The complementary fruit, veg and wine were a nice touch too. We had one issue with the plumbing, but the owners helped rectify that quickly and satisfactorily.

Das Haus und die Gastgeber sind absolut top, wir wurden mit Wein, Obst und Gemüse empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, jedes der Zimmer in einem anderen Stil. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war vorbildlich und die Ausstattung komplett. Der Pool übertrifft die Erwartungen. Häufig wirkt ein Pool auf Fotos größer als in der Wirklichkeit, hier ist es umgekehrt. Und wie ankündigt war er auch angenehm beheizt. Die Lage von Carpentras ist ideal um die Provence zu erkunden. Wir waren in Arles, Nimes, Marseille, der Camargue, Avignon und etlichen anderen Orten. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Für gehobene Ansprüche, einfach super!

Zur Ankunft wurden wir äußerst freundlich von Sylvie Bernard und ihrem Schwiegersohn empfangen und eingewiesen. Beim Ausschecken lernten wir auch die ebenso charmante Tochter Clémence kennen.Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in diesem geräumigen und gepflegten Anwesen wohlgefühlt. Es fehlte nichts. Die Küche ist zeitgemäß und mit allem mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum verfügt über Ledermobiliar, einen großen Tisch und Fernseher. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, einzeln zuschaltbar. Alle Fenster verfügen über Fliegengitter und Rollläden. Unser Bett war sehr komfortabel, am Kopfende wartete zu unserer Freude ein Seintenschläferkissen.Es gibt Ausstattungsmerkmale, die uns ganz besonders erfreut haben: es ist eine geräumige Garage vorhanden! Von ihr aus kommt man in den Putzraum mit Waschbecken, Kühlschrank, BOSCH Waschmaschine und BOSCH Trockner. Von dort geht es in die Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierkomnbination und allen erforderlichen Geräten und Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse mit der äußerst willkommenen Überdachung wartet mit praktischer und komfortabler Möblierung auf. Der Blick fällt auf die vielen großen Pflanzkübel mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Gaura etc. Links liegt, in die mehr als geräumige geflieste Anlage mit dem riesigen Pool, eingesäumt von den drei fantastischen Sonnenhütchen nach Camargue-Art (goldwert!). Für alle Bewohner stehen gute Sonnenliegen bereit. Und einen sauberen Weber Gasgrill gibt es auch. Einfach toll!

Entspannung in gepflegtem Ambiente

Sylvie hat uns sehr herzlich in ihrem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus begrüßt. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Alle Fenster hatten dichte, stabile Mückengitter, fast überall waren elektrische Rollläden. Auch die Elektrogeräte wie Spülmaschine, Herd mit Dunstabzug, Waschmaschine und Trockner waren sehr gut. Die Außenanlagen waren besser als im Inserat ersichtlich, der Pool ist sehr groß und das Wasser war angenehm warm und es gab diverse Möglichkeiten zum sitzen oder liegen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr gut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Rien ne manque dans cette maison très propre pourvue d'une grande piscine. Sylvie et sa famille font tout pour rendre le séjour très agréable. ...den Sommer in der Provence verlängern

Wir waren eine Woche Gast in dem Haus der Familie Bernards. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts und alles funktionierte. Beim Empfang bekamen wir Obst, Gemüse, Wein... was sehr gastfreundlich war. Der Pool hat eine top Größe - allerdings im Oktober etwas frisch. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur empfehlen!!! Besten Dank und à bientôt

Traumhaftes Objekt mit perfekter Ausstattung und Blick auf den Mont Ventoux

Wir haben als ein Paar mit einem Teenager die zwei Wochen in Carpentras verbracht und sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt (Küche mit allem was man braucht, Grill, Waschmaschine, zweiter Kühlschrank, Riesen-Pool, viele schöne Plätze in Sonne und im Schatten, tolles Bad, Klimaanlage, und und ), der Blick auf den Mont Ventoux atemberaubend und die Anlage geschmackvoll und alles sehr sauber. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte: Der weite Weg zum Bäcker und der manchmal störende Gebläselärm von der benachbarten Halle! Trotzdem: 10 von 10 Punkten an dieses Objekt 😀

Tout était parfait, la maison décorée et aménagée avec goût, une vraie piscine chauffée, les propriétaires qui sont adorables, à l'écoute et vraiment pas contraignant. Tout a été prévu dans la maison, il ne manque rien on se sent comme chez nous avec en plus table de ping pong vrai terrain de pétanque, barbecue. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

La maison est belle et parfaitement pensée, la partie nuit séparée de la partie vie, hyper bien équipée. La (grande) piscine chauffée nous a permis de nous baigner à volonté (début mai). L'endroit est calme et beau. Tous les commerces à proximité. La propriétaires et ses fils, adorables, ont été au petits soins pour nous, devançant tout souci ou demande. À louer absolument.

Je ne sais ou commencer, tellement cette villa nous a plue. Surprise réussie à l´arrivée. La réalité est meilleure que les photos peuvent montrer. Accueil très gentil par la propriétaire. La Villa est de construction récente, très propre, tout y est et ce qui est important, tout fonctionne. Un garage à volet électrique télécommandé fait partie intégrante de la villa et peut être utilisé par les locataires. L`accès du terrain est également accessible par un portail électrique télécommandé. Toutes les pièces peuvent être climatisés. Piscine chauffée, l´eau était à une tmpérature de 28 degrés Celsius (selon le thermomètre qui se trouvait dans l´eau). Pour votre distraction il y à: Table de Ping Pong avec raquettes et balles, terrain de boules avec les boules, Trampolin. À l´intérieur, grande douche à l´italienne. Plaque de cuisson à induction etc. etc. Et un calme absolu. Impossible de décrire tous les atouts de cette villa, on doit s´y rendre pour tout découvrir. Merci pour cette semaine inoubliable.

formidable séjour

Mme Bernard nous a réservé un accueil plus qu'aimable. Après un long trajet, nous avons apprécié de trouver des boissons fraîches et variées (dont vin blanc et rosé) au frigo et des grappes de délicieux raisins. La maison était telle que présentée: jolie, d'une propreté impeccable et pourvue de tout le nécessaire et même plus... Quant à la piscine, elle est simplement divine! C'est la troisième fois que nous louons dans la région et c'est la maison de Mme Bernard que nous recommanderions sans hésiter.

Voor de tweede maal op vakantie geweest, schitterend huis met alles erop en eraan. Alle luxe aanwezig verwarmd zwembad, airco overal, zicht op de Mont-Ventoux. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie ligging, voor elke wijnliefhebber een must Carpentras, Séguret, Gigondas, Vaqueras enz. zoveel mooie dorpjes te zien een absolute aanrader. Fam. Haesen -Van roy
