Wir haben über Weihnachten 2025 einige sehr schöne Tage in diesem Chalet in den Vogesen verbracht. Das Chalet ist gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage und die schöne Umgebung laden zum Entspannen ein.Der Gastgeber war freundlich, zuverlässig und gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert, An- und Abreise waren problemlos organisiert.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Chalet uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Inchecken met vallen en opstaan

Er was een verkeerd telefoonnummer gecommuniceerd zodat wij niet tijdig onze komst konden aankondigen. Ook de vooraf doorgegeven wifi code klopte niet. Bij aankomst bleken de boiler, kookplaat en stopkontakten op de slaapkamer niet ingeschakeld. Vertegenwoordigers ter plaatse hebben dit nog dezelfde avond opgelost. Het koffiezetapparaat was niet schoon en de vaatwasmachine was niet leeg. In de koelkast en diepvriezer troffen wij nog ijs en diverse potjes aan. En als klap op de vuurpijl troffen wij in de koelkast een insuline injectiespuit aan. Die bleek van de eigenaar te zijn. Dit alles gecommuniceerd met de eigenaar maar die zag het probleem niet. Het was immers geen hotel en misschien waren wij niet geschikt voor het huren van zo'n vakantiehuis. Vertrekken was ook een optie. Erg onaangename reactie van de eigenaar. Wij huren al jaren een vakantiewoning via vrbo en hebben nooit problemen gehad.

Alles lief gut ab, unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor Ort, Problem mit der Wasserinstallation wurde schnell und unkompliziert behoben, alle notwendigen Geschäfte in der näheren Umgebung erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Très joli chalet

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine avec des amies dans ce chalet situé environ à 20 minutes de Gerardmer. Le chalet est super bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. L’espace dehors est également bien emménagé avec un joli jardin pour profiter de vos vacances. Supermarché à proximité (5 minutes en voiture), des jolies ballades à faire autour. A noter que la maison est est située près du cimetière du village.

A réserver sans hésiter
