I'm surprised by the review,
First time in 20 years of rentals.
The wi fi did not work due to a technical failure of the telephone company. We provided an additional wi fi as soon as it was communicated to us and after a day it was reactivated. Despite it being the day after Easter Monday.
As for cleaning, I can't explain.
I have personally cleaned the apartment and have not received any communication from the renting family during the stay and an hour before leaving home we talked to Marion without receiving any complaints.
I can only say that free bikes have been provided, a homemade pastry cake as a welcome and we have not received any thanks.
We can guarantee the total refund of the stay for guests upon arrival
they will not be satisfied with our apartment.

Prima volta in 20 anni di affitti.
Il wi fi non ha funzionato per un guasto tecnico della compagnia telefonica . Abbiamo fornito un wi fi supplementare appena ci è stato comunicato e dopo un giorno è stato riattivato.nonostante fosse il giorno dopo pasquetta.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia non riesco a dare una spiegazione.
Ho personalmente pulito l'appartamento e non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte deilla famiglia affittuaria durante il soggiorno e un'ora prima di lasciare casa abbiamo parlato con Marion senza ricevere alcuna lamentella .
Posso solo dire che sono state fornite biciclette gratuite,un dolce di pasticceria artigianale come benvenuto e non abbiamo ricevuto nessun ringraziamento.
Possiamo garantire il rimborso totale del soggiorno a ospiti che all 'arrivo
non si riterranno soddisfatti del nostro appartamento.

Vacances à Bocca di Magra
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacance. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse, idéalement placée. Il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour être sur la ballade le long de la rivière, à deux pas de la mer.
Il y'a tout sur place, petit commerce, boulangerie, restaurant.

Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber
Mirco und Paola waren sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt dort. Der Platz für uns 6 war ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und die Ausstattung lässt fast nichts missen, ein paar mehr Tassen und Gläser wären gut gewesen :)
Die Lage in Bocca Di Magra ist idillisch und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre und verschiedene Orte der Toskana.

Famiglia numerosa si e' adattata molto bene nell'appartamento utilizzando anche gli spazi esterni. Ha usato la casa come base di appoggio per visitare ogni giorno una localita' diversa .
Famiglia sicuramente da riospitare, l'appartamento e' stato lasciato in buono stato.

sehr angenehme Fe-wo mit sehr hilfreichen und freundlichen Besitzern
Da die obere Wohnung kurzfristig frei geworden ist, haben wir uns mit den Besitzern arrangiert und die genommen - die beiden waren sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Die obere, in der wir zur fünft sehr bequem gehaust haben, hat viel unkomplizierte, warme Charme und eine tolle Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir, alle 5, fanden die Matratzen sehr gut - nicht zu weich und sehr sauber.
Bei Fragen standen die beiden immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zur Hilfe.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

"Excellents souvenirs de notre séjour. La location étant occupée aux dates que nous souhaitions Mirco et Paola nous on proposé la location Anémone chez leur père Osar en face à Fiumaretta di Ameglia, c''est une bonne base arrière pour visiter les cinque terre,Carrara, Pise et le bord de mer.La location est bien équipée, il y a des restaurants à proximité (on conseil le diable rouge).M et P sont conviviaux et donnent de bons conseils, encore merci pour le séjour."

Magnifique séjour, lovely location and house
Endroit parfait pour découvrir Cinque Terre et la Toscane. Petit village sympatique. Maison propre et comfortable. Accueil chaleureux.
