Super schönes Ferienhaus, traumhaft gelegen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von La Spezia sehr genossen. Es gibt etwas Renovierungsstau am Haus, damit war anhand der Rezensionen zu rechnen. Aber wir wollten ja auch keinen Luxus. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Für jeden etwas dabei. Das Restaurant Caminetto, fussläufig zu erreichen ist eine echte Empfehlung für alle die gern die regionale Küche genießen und zu schätzen wissen.

La maison dans les oliviers

Maison très spacieuse, bien équipée, jardin agréable dans les oliviers avec une superbe vue dont on ne se lassait pas :) accès facile pour la spezia et la visite des 5 Terre ainsi que pour Levanto qu’il faut visiter absolument ! Très beau séjour en famille avec chacun son espace ce qui a été très apprécié

Herrliches Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben im Haus drei Wochen verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist eher simpel eingerichtet, aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, ist herrlich gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf mit großem Garten und toller Aussicht. Ein kleiner öffentlicher Pool ist ca. 500m entfernt. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 20 Minuten. Vom Haus los kann man Wanderungen machen. Herzlichen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Super Lage - Great view!

Fantastic old charming villa with a lot of space in and around the house. Garden furniture should be updated. Great location. Be sure to have a Telepass as the nearest exit (via Google Maps you get directed there all the time) on the highway is TelePass only which caused us a lot of frustration and extra time. Don't expect luxury at this home but an old charming interior.

Tolle Zeit in der Grand Dame!

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Ausblick, das Schwerste war wirklich, es trotz genauer Beschreibung zu finden! Die Küche und Bäder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wer auf solide Holzmöbel ohne High-Tech-Ausrüstung steht, ist hier richtig. Wir haben den Fernseher nicht vermisst! Das Live-Programm war eh interessanter!

La casa e molto sporca- Molte cose non funzionano tipo: Cucina Gas poco sicura e non completamente funzionante, letti che sembravano cucce per cani, il giardino non è completamente recintato sul davanti come viene riportato dall'annuncio, e visto che rimane sulla strada e stato un po' un problema per me che ho un cane . Mi ha fatto saldare il conto prima di iniziare il viaggio. La ricevuta ? Tutto funzionante ? Tutto pulito ? Giardino sul davanti tutto recintato ? E non ho scritto tutto . PRIMA DI CONSEGNARE UNA CASA SI DOVREBBE ACCERTTARE IL PROPRIETARIO CHE TUTTO FUNZIONI … NON DEVONO ESSERE GLI ALTRI A FAR NOTARE LE COSE SE NON VANNO BENE.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir fühlten uns von der Fam. Venturini sehr willkommen geheissen und fanden in Haus und Garten alles nach Erwartung. Gute Betten, blitzsauberes Sanitär, italienisch ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz drinnen und draussen. Das Gartenmöbilar ist ein bisschen spärlich für vier Personen, die zwei Strandstühle nur für kleine Gäste. Dafür wird man mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht belohnt, mit einem kühlen Haus in der Sommerhitze und viel Privatsphäre im Garten. Die Schlafzimmer (wir hatten drei) haben nur Doppelbetten und dazu aufklappbare Schlafsessel, keine Einzelbetten. Touristeninformationen muss man sich selber holen und Sonnenuntergänge muss man woanders anschauen. aber die Empfehlung des Restaurants Caminetto auf Laufabstand ist sicherlich ernst zu nehmen. Dort kann man sich sehr verwöhnen lassen, ohne dass gleich das gesamte Urlaubsbudget draufgeht. Will man etwas anderes als Spazierengehen oder Radfahren, braucht man ein Auto. Für uns war es ein herrlicher Urlaub mit zwei Kindern (14 und 17 Jahre) mit Ausflügen nach La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Lerici, Massa Carrara, Viareggio, Luni Santo Stefano... und viel Faulenzen.
