Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time to stay here and the first time with the pool that was added. You absolutely cannot beat the location. You do not have to ever worry about being crowded on the beach, in fact, it feels almost like a private beach. The house is amazing. Clean, updated, beautiful views. The pool is very nice and great to have with kids that need a break from the beach. If you want to stay at a house right on the gulf, private, very nice, close proximity to everything, and a cool pool... this is it. We have stayed at a number of places up and down Pensacola and Navarre, none measure up to this place. The memories that this house has provided our family is priceless and they will for you too. God Bless!!

The house is spacious, bedrooms are big, showers are wonderful, beds are comfy, kitchen is beautiful, decor is spot on for a beach house, pool is sooo nice (we had it heated and were glad we did since Ocean was a little cold in beginning of April), lots of room to park cars underneath and refrigerator on bottom level so you don't have to go upstairs when coming from pool or beach which is just steps away. We loved everything about this house. The attention to detail was very much appreciated while staying in this house. The house was clean and very well taken care of (which I hope stays that way). We will definitely be renting this property again!

It was so convenient that we were all on the same level. It was very clean, and the new pool was great! Since it was early in the season, it was a bit cooler at times, we wished the pool was a bit warmer (we did pay for the heater). It would be nice to have a hot tub! One issue we did notice was that the lighting was poor under the house where the grill is located. We actually wore a head lamp while cooking, so we could see. Other than that, it was perfect! And we are hoping to book it for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was pleasant. We had a total of 12 people who all had rooms and a added bonus was almost all rooms had a bathroom! The one downside was that the oven did not work, so we had to use the stove, which took a while to heat. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and in the bunk beds there was sand in the sheets. Given that we were at the beach it wasn’t a total surprise. Some of the beds had better sheets than others and the bunk bed room had no fan. We ended up bringing extra paper towels and toilet paper which is 100% necessary if you have a full house. I will say the location on beach was prime! Very well decorated.

The house had plenty of space for our guests. There were a few problems with the property. There were roach droppings under every sink - lots of them. They were even on our bath towels. The shower curtains had mold on them. There were several vents that had black mold surrounding them. And we discovered the grill was broken, nasty and the gas tank was empty which delayed our meal by several hours. For $1000 per night, I expected more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the gloomy weather, the goal of hanging out with family and having enough space for everyone was reached. We loved the deck and large windows on those rainy days. We loved the pool. It would be helpful if the description on the rooms stated whether or not there was a window and what the view if of. We had some disagreements on room choices for lack of a view, I had we known which rooms had windows and what the view was would have been helpful. Having rugs either under the bed or beside the bed would be most helpful, to wipe feet before getting into the bed. The bed post were attractive, but caused many of us to get hurt and bruise when bumping into the corners. It would also be helpful if there was a detailed list of items available for use, especially in the kitchen like a blender, what kind of coffee makers, dishes, etc. There were only 3 kitchen towels and no kitchen wash clothe. Guests need to be told to bring extra kitchen towels/rags if you can't provide more. It might be best to childproof the house if there are items that one would have to pay for it broken such as large seashells.
