Get the best of the Sound front and Gulf views with all the conveniences for the whole family at San De Luna 13.

The San De Luna complex will be undergoing a pool renovation starting at the end of September 2025 until mid March 2026. At this time the pool will not be usable, please contact our office for updates!

This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

Property amenities include onsite pool and tennis courts. Convenience and relaxation awaits with just minutes to access nightlife, shopping and dining.

This is an excellent property! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed. It was terrible. It really needs to be replaced, you sink in a hole :(

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Mattresses are a little soft and old and the guest bedroom toilet ran constantly but we alerted the management company of that. Those are only minor issues and compared to the location, beach access, very nice pool area they would not hinder us for staying in this unit again! Excellent!

On days with onshore winds the sound provides a calm setting. I was able to launch my SUP in calm waters (either Gulf or sound) on a daily basis.
