50m from the large beach, the character villa Ker Loïs is surrounded by a landscaped garden of 500m2 with maritime pines.
Spacious, it can accommodate 8 people, in a charming atmosphere with refined decoration, and optional: 2 people in the small apartment "Eugenie" on the ground floor completely independent (additional charge on request).

Traumhafte Villa mit Herz in Strandnähe

Die Villa „Ker Loîs“ befindet sich eine Querstrasse von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Ein grosser Garten hinter dem Haus, geschmückt mit Hortensien und Oleander lädt zum Verweilen. Darüber erhebt sich eine Veranda mit einem grossen Tisch an dem gut acht Personen Platz haben. Das Haus betritt man über eine Vortreppe, die in ein schönes Speisezimmer führt. Die angrenzende Küche bietet alles, um auch in den Ferien mit Freude kochen zu können. Zusätzlich steht im Garten ein Grill zur Verfügung. Rechts vom Speisezimmer befindet sich der Salon, der von einer die ganze Seitenwand des Hauses einnehmenden Bücherwand dominiert wird. In dem Salon befinden sich Sofas und Lehnstühle, die acht Personen gut Platz bieten. Eine Musikanlage mit gut sortiertem Jazz und frz. Chansons steht zur Verfügung. Über eine gewundene Treppe gelangt man in die erste Etage mit Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem, grosszügigem Bad, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer und einem zweiten Salon mit Fernseher. Im dritten Stock befindet sich nochmals ein Bad mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein WC. Das Haus verfügt über einen Internetanschluss. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschiene und Tumbler zur Verfügung. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit Freunden und unseren Kindern in „Ker Loîs“ verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, was dazu führt, dass man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Gästen die Wert auf eine schöne Unterkunft legen, die in Ihren Ferien auch etwas Platz und Ruhe suchen und auch gerne Mal selber kochen möchten, können wir „Ker Loîs“ nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Ker Loïs durant les fêtes de fin d'année! La maison est très cosy,la déco pleine de charme et l'hygiène irréprochable;bref nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous... À refaire!!!

Excellente adresse!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille à la villa Ker Loïs. La maison est cosy et chaleureuse, très bien décorée, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. On s'y sent "comme chez soi"! Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables aussi! Elle est en outre placée tout à côté de la plage, du petit port de plaisance et des commerces. Tout est donc simple et pratique, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du séjour! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants!

Un seul reproche dans la description : Si la maison est vraiment "de charme" elle n'insiste pas assez sur les propriétaires charmants ! - L'accueil chaleureux et convivial - les conseils de balades - les bonnes adresses de restau - la connaissance du patrimoine - sans compter les petites attentions d'Odile et ses madeleines ! Nous avons apprécié cette maison à 2 pas de la plus belle plage de Carnac, comme l'écrit une personne devenue vaguement célèbre : merci pour ce moment !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille ds cette magnifique maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée et située. Outre le fait d être toujours disponibles, les propriétaires sont de véritables amoureux de la région. On était juste déçus de partir ;);)

Excellent séjour à la villa Ker Lois à Carnac

Dans un rue calme et arborée, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, la villa Ker Lois nous laisse un super souvenir. Accueil chaleureux, grande disponibilité des propriétaires pour des conseils et suggestions, belle décoration, propreté irréprochable et tarifs très intéressants.
