About the host
Hosted by Charles

I bought the cabin to 'Escape' and help me to relax from life in the city, my whole world feels better for the sake of a short drive. I fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. 10 years on and I still have not seen everything and new attractions are still being introduced to the area.
Why they chose this property
The area is just amazing. It has National Parks on the mountains and now by the river. Civil War Sites, Flea Markets and Antiques, the river. If I am at the cabin with my active friends we have lots to do and if I am with some of my family that is older we can just relax and do nothing.
What makes this property unique
My son loves it and it allows him to explore nature and have experiences that life in the city does not offer.
Canoe trips are still as much fun now as they were the first time.
We now hike further than when he was a baby.
The view from the cabin is amazing.
