This property has everything you need except yourself and our food! Tandem garage parking. All Bedrooms are downstairs and and living area is upstairs. Has 2 queens and a set of twins. 2 1/2 Bathroom. There are two Euroloungers that convert in to beds if needed. Cable Television. Living room has patio slider with BBQ and sunset views. Washer/dryer. All included. Come spend a week or a month in our condo you will enjoy the city, location and relaxation. Upgraded bathrooms and flooring, fixtures and TV's. Wifi . Property does have stairs outside and inside unit.

Excellent location! House is more of a condo with lots of stairs…not the best for elderly or children. San Clemente is an adorable place to visit, would stay here again (without my grandkids)

Jody was so easy to work with. Even contacted me that property was available for early check-in. Perfect location…walking distance to both beach and town. Having the parking was such a bonus. First stay in San Clemente and definitely want to return.

Very comfortable well appointed home. Close to the beach, cute coffee spots, the peer and walking distance to SC town. Family of five stayed for the week after Christmas through New Year had a great time! Great spot, responsive host, recommend:)

Perfect condo in every way!!!!!

We stayed for a week with our family of five. Took less than one minute to walk to the pier, beautiful view of the ocean, everything was perfectly clean and worked great. Communication with the host was perfect, very friendly, we’ve already recommended it to two other friends after being there. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Great location just a short walk to the beach and pier even for younger kids. Rooms were just right and nice and clean. Having two bathrooms with showers and an additional bathroom upstairs in the living area was great.

What a wonderful spot and so close to the beach. Check in was easy and convenient. Cozy location (not a surprise by the beach) but great to not have neighbors right in your window or right over your head.
