There is a lot of fresh air, total relaxation, and a feeling of well-being. It is one of the most beautiful villas in the region, only at 600 meters from the splendid sea, 6 minutes walking distance. The house has 2 floors that are practically two independent apartments which are communicated via an external staircase. The villa offers 4 rooms for 8 people. There are 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, Flatscreen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in 2 rooms, central heating, patio, pergola, 2 private parking lots, Solarium, large and private garden etc.
The holiday home Villa le Terrazze has a beautiful garden with secluded corners and a small forest for your exclusive use. It is very close to the beautiful sea, 6 minutes walking distance, on a small hill, in a natural park with lots of Oxigen, far from industry and stress.
It’s a different world out of heaven and earth, sea and sun, nature and pleasure.

A car is recommended to appreciate the full beauty of Salento, the numerous bays and sandy beaches to explore. Easily accessible by plane to Brindisi (105km), direct night train to Lecce (63km), or on good highways and roads. Car rentals from the airport or in Lecce. It has numerous direct flights to Brindisi from many towns like London, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich, Geneva, Berlin, Brussels, Manchester and several times a day from Rome and Milan.

Einfach ein Traum!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und uns einfach nur rundum wohl gefühlt. Tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter, alles sauber, neue Geräte und Möbel, und der Meerblick morgens beim aufwachen - wow! Im Nachhinein bereue ich nur eine Woche gebucht zu haben. Jederzeit wieder!

Belle maison située dans une région à découvrir

Maison confortable et bien équipée entre les oliveraies millénaires et la mer. Très belle terrasse (ombre ou soleil) avec vue sur mer et surplombant un très joli jardin en terrasse. Les chambres sont vastes et agréables. La région demande à être découverte. Il faut absolument visiter les petits villages aux alentours et ne surtout pas manquer le magnifique chemin qui serpente le long de la mer jusqu'à Ciolo pour apprécier la splendeur de la côte Adriatique.

Beautiful private house

We had a lovely stay at the house. It's quiet and private. The view in the morning of the sea and sunrise is spectacular. Marina di Novaglie is fantastic for swimming, sun bathing, and snorkeling. There are multiple rocky beaches near the house; each is a short walk to/from the house. There is a good, open air fresh market weekly in Alessano with local fish, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and sundries. The area is breathtaking, remote, rustic, and relaxing.

schöner Urlaub in deinem tollen Haus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser wirklich sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Villa verbracht. Die Natur die das Haus umgibt hat uns sehr gefallen, den blumenreichen Garten und den natürlichen Olivenhain. Wir konnten uns dank der Ruhe der Umgebung und der angenehmen Seebrise perfekt entspannen. Was will man mehr von einem Urlaub? Danke auch dem Eigentümer, der uns alles so kurzfristig und gut vorbereitet hat, und für seine interessanten Ausführungen über die Region, dank deren wir tolle Ausflüge machen konnten. Bellissima e accogliente villa tra mare e verde

E' stata la prima volta per me e i miei amici fare una vacanza in Salento. Ne avevo sentito parlare tanto ma non potevo immaginare che questa terra potesse catturare tutta la nostra attenzione: complice aver scelto questa bellissima villa che ci ha concesso di vivere l'atmosfera tipica di questa terra. Immersa tra gli ulivi e tanto altro verde come una lussureggiante macchia mediterranea, con le sue due terrazze prospicienti i due appartamenti e il grande giardino con una vista mare a 180° che lascia spaziare la mente oltre i confini dell'orizzonte, era anche molto piacevole vivere la casa vacanze e il mare vicino: spesso abbiamo scelto di rilassarci godendo della pace e della tranquillità oltre che del panorama spettacolare del mare, preparando dei semplici pasti con le fresche verdure e gli ortaggi del luogo, conditi con le erbe aromatiche che si possono raccogliere in giardino. Semplicemente favoloso! Abbiamo tutti espresso il desiderio di ritornare in questa casa da 5 stelle e in questa terra incantevole. Valentina, Milano

Beautiful villa for a very impressive holiday

I would like to tell everybody how beautiful and impressive has been our holiday in this amazing house. Me and my husband were looking for a pleasant house, quiet and relaxing, for spending some time far from noise, pollution and confusion. We did not expect to find what is really described in the site, but we found even more. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, and has a good kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with a breathtaking seaview, having lunch or dinner at home with a very good wine from this land, walking down to the bay and swimming early in the morning. The water was mild and very restoring in late may. Landscape from the villa is beautiful and also the bay Marina di Novaglie is special, with a wild atmosphere. I definitely recommend this holiday villa as point for exploring this wonderful land and all its gifts. Selma, Kopenhagen
