Beautiful Mondello Beach

Wonderful location, easily walk to restaurants and beach. Close to bus stop to get to Palermo. Host is close by with any questions or concerns.

Great place & great location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Fardella. The location is perfect, being so close to the beautiful beach of Mondello. Fruit, pastry & meat shops are all steps away. The home was modern, clean & had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well for the times we needed it. We loved the town of Mondello as well. Communication with Dario was always quick & easy. We would recommend staying at Casa Fardella. We had a great experience!

Luftige und komfortable Wohnung in Mitten vom quirligen Mondello

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr angenehm, luftig und geräumig. Die Lage ist wunderbar, wenn auch abends durch die Restaurants etwas laut und nichts für Früh-ins-Bettgeher. Der Strand von Mondello ist leider etwas überfüllt und dreckig im Sommer, dafür lohnt sich aber ein Spaziergang zum Capo Gallo, was traumhaft ist und auch nicht weit von der Wohnung. Und mit dem Bus 806 ist man auch schnell in Palermo.

E' stato per me un vero piacere potere ospitare Hanna nel mio appartamento "Casa Fardella" sulla Piazza di Mondello. Un ospite assolutamente perfetto, che raccomando vivamente a tutta la comunità di amici di VRBO. Credo che sia normale che ci sia un pò più di confusione ad agosto. Tutti vanno in vacanza, i ristoranti sono pieni e la gente vuole divertirsi. E' stato un anno brutto per tutti, in tutto il mondo. Beautiful apartment in great location.

This is a very modern, clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Mondello. It over looks the main plazza, but is quiet at night. The kitchen has everything one needs for preparing meals. The bathrooms are very modern with excellent showers. The bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed going up on the terrace and out on the balcony. The apartment is beautifully designed with lovely details like faucets and lighting fixtures. The Promenade and sea with fabulous views are two minutes away. It was perfect for us. Dario and his family are so kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this lovely place!

Appartamento molto confortevole

Appartamento curato, pulitissimo e molto confortevole. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. La cucina è completa e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Noi viaggiamo con bambini e la sistemazione è stata veramente ottima anche per loro, rendendo il soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. Bella la posizione, centrale, che permette sia di godersi il mare di Mondello che di visistare comodamente la splendida Palermo. Accogliente e disponibile il proprietario. Davvero consigliatissimo!!!

wonderful and relaxing

the house was spotless and the owners delightful. I would stay there again, they made you feel welcome and were always available for questions. Could not ask for a better location, and even though we were in a busy area, once you closed the balcony doors we were not disturbed from all that was going on on the square. I highly recommend this property. My only issue, I had bough cheese to bring back and forgot it in the refrigerator..oh well. thank you so much Dario and Manfredi and your mom...Claudia

Amazing apartment in Mondello Piazza, Sicily

The apartment was great. Plenty of space with kitchen/dinning/lounge/bathroom on the first level, bedroom/bathroom on the second level. Lovely wide staircase and a spiral staircase to the sunroof. Air-conditioning on both floors. Sylvia, Dario and Freedo were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 18 nights and the apartment was cleaned twice. We enjoyed breakfasts and sometimes lunches on the balcony. When we stayed in dinners were on the sunroof overlooking all the cafes. There was plenty to see from the balconies and sunroof. There was a fruit shop next door and a supermarket just down the street. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the Piazza as well as the owners clothes shop where we bought the obligatory t-shirts, caps and beach towels. It was a short walk to the beach. The bus to Palermo is close by as well. We enjoyed our holiday very much and part of that was due to the lovely, modern and clean apartment. The photos of the apartment on the website are accurate. Booking was easy and we paid 50% on booking and the balance when we arrived. Would highly recommend the apartment if you decide that Mondello is for you.
