THE VILLA, COMPLETELY RESTORED, IS COMPOSED OF AN IMMENSE GARDEN OF 6000MQ OF TYPICAL MEDITERRANEAN STAIN AND OF TROPICAL SPECIES. THE SUPER-PANORAMIC POSITION MAKES IT REALLY A UNICUM, ITS MINIPOOL UNDER THE SHADOW OF THE PINE SEA AND SEA HILLS IS REALLY AMAZING. THE APARTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY DIVIDED BETWEEN THEM, NEVER MEET WITH THE OTHERS, EVEN WALKING OUR GARDEN. Villa très bien située et agréable mais piscine trop petite

La maison est suffisamment grande mais la piscine est vraiment très petite pour la capacité de personnes de la maison. Les propriétaires passent très souvent pour entretenir c'est n peu dérangeant à force même s'ils sont très gentils. La propreté de la villa était un peu limite sinon bel environnement.

Tranquilla Sardegna

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella abitazione dal 2 al 9 luglio 2016. Eravamo due famiglie per un totale di 7 persone. La casa è un pò isolata ma molto grande e vivibile, con una piccola ma utilissima piscina, un bel giardino ed un grande portico con vista sul mare di Nora. I proprietari si sono mostrati molto accoglienti e sempre pronti ad assecondare le nostre richieste. La valutazione complessiva non può che essere più che positiva.

Very nice place, bad communication from the owners

This house is superb with a lush garden and a nice swimming pool. The best aspect of this place is the fact that it is isolated so you can enjoy a very quiet time there. We just had one inconvenience and we think it is important for other people to know about it. Every Sunday, the family who owns the house comes IN the house, more specifically in the small apartment on the first floor, of which there is no mention on the website, and stay there for the whole day. So during that time, you have to share the place with the family. For us it was uncomfortable. It got worse when we tried to explain our point of view to the owner Nicola and his brother. They immediately got quite aggressive and told us that it was their right to stay there and that if they wanted, they could actually rent the first-floor apartment to somebody else. Again, we were not informed of that when booking the house and we think it is good for other people to clarify this. We were left with no other option than accept that the family stays there the whole Sunday, while we were actually trying to enjoy our holidays under the eyes of people we didn't know. It is a pity because the house is fantastic, with a beautiful view and a very nice atmosphere generally speaking. But if you want full privacy, go somewhere else.

beautiful situated holiday-house

We stayed for 1 week with two families in this house. The family is very welcoming and helpful . On the 2st floor is an extra apartment where only in the weekend a son slept. Father and mother took care about the beautiful garden daily .The large porch with the fantastic view is very pleasant. You can do do all your daily shopping in Villa Pietro ( 5 to 10 minutes drive). The beautiful beaches are a little further south situated at up to an half hour drive. The cozy town Pula have many nice restaurants. We thank the family Pretta for the wonderfull time in their house.

Great holiday house - very nice view on the sea

The house was exactly what we needed : in a calm, isolated, natural area, with a great view on the sea in an open scenery. The bonus was the extreme kindness of the owner. A great placeto discover the south of Sardegna.

Sono stata A villa consolata a giugno 2014 per una settimana con amici.Nicola il proprietario della villa,persona splendida e disponibilissima ad ogni esigenza.La Villa è situata in una collina con un panorama mozzafiato mare da una parte e montagna dall'altra...incantevole!le camere spaziose,ben arredate e soprattutto impeccabili in quanto a Pulizia. Ovunque regna pace e tranquillità, tutto è ordinato, pulito e molto curato, fin nei minimi particolari.La villa dista pochi km dalle spiagge più belle da Nora a Chia e ai maggiori punti di attrazione Consiglio vivamente a chi ha voglia di staccare la spina a chi cerca tranquillità,spiritualità,mare meraviglioso e divertimento. Buone vacanze Daniela
