Spacious ground-floor, 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed in and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Great week in Avon

The condo was perfect. We met my in-laws in Avon for a week of skiing and snow. Everything was comfortable and the location was perfect.

Our location is a walkable to many restaurants, bars and shopping within a few blocks. Family weekend getaway

The place was great! The ac was not functioning but not a big deal. Sufficient room for five adults and a toddler. Overall, fantastic place away from home.

As with all mountain towns these condos do not have air condition because it cools off into the evening to the high 40's to low 50's. We open our window and let the cool air in and it does wonders for sleeping in natural air. Cheers and safe travels.

Great Location

Great location. Ski Bus is GREAT. The unit had lots of animal hair on the furniture. The unit needs to be upgraded especially the beds.

Hello John, Sorry to hear you had a three star stay in the very popular three-bedroom condo U1 at Beaver Creek West. Happy to hear the fantastic location and great skier shuttle were positives for you and they are our most popular amenities and favorites of many of our long-time guests. It's nice to not to pay for parking and get dropped off at Vail or Beaver Creek resorts. Sorry to hear the bedding was not to your personal liking as our local Chamber of Commerce that rates the condos gave each mattress a solid rating. Some folks like a softer bed while others like something much firmer. As for any pet hair in the condo we have a very strict no pet policy and we apologize if someone snuck a pet in as they would be charged $250 pet cleaning fee. We do have our on-site housekeeping crew do a thorough cleaning after each guests departs, so apologies that you found pet hair in the unit. Give us a shout for your next visit to the area. Clean, comfortable, convenient

Wonderful, clean condo, very comfortable and convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. Loved hot tub right outside the unit, used it every day! Condo complex was quiet and restful at night, just what we needed after a day of skiing. People were friendly and helpful and the on site office staff helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed local eateries, Avon Bakery and Cafe, Bob's Place and Loaded Joe's. We loved our stay and were sad to leave, will definitely be back!

We have a fantastic housekeeping team, they work very hard and I will share these positive comments with them. That little "off the beaten path" hot tub is definitely a nice find and a bit less busy after a nice day on the slope. Glad you enjoyed it. Also thank you for noting our staff. Again these guys and gals work very very hard in the winter months and it's always nice to hear that they were still smiling brightly and being very helpful . Our staff has all been working here a longtime and can assist with any questions about restaurants, shopping and if you are lucky they may even share some good skiing tips. Happy to see you were able to get out and about in town to some of the walkable restaurants located near BCW condos. It's nice to be able to walk to several restaurants, bars and shops in the Avon area and you hit some good ones. Spring break ski trip

I would only rate the property adequate. Several in our family had difficulty sleeping all week as the beds are uncomfortable. The condo felt stuffy and dusty. The location is great and the shuttle service offered by the property as helpful. This is the second year we have stayed at the property (had a different condo last year). This unit needs an upgrade. The staff was very helpful at the front desk and with any requests.

Sorry to hear that the condo you chose, did not meet your expectation for an upgraded condo. We do post many photos of each of our 50 rental condos on Vrbo so that guests may take a look at them before choosing a condo. Our condos are rated by the local Chamber of Commerce and we have many higher end condos that do cost a bit more. The condo prices are based on the ratings, so that is why this condo would be in the standard (more budget minded and priced) category. Again higher end condo do cost a bit more and we have lots of options. Give us a shout and we can assist you in selecting amore upgraded unit for your next stay, with so many options it is indeed hard to choose with so many options. The shuttle service to both Vail and Beaver Creek are hard to beat and it saves our guests time and money. We are happy to hear that that amenity was a good one for your family. Our longtime staff is great and we love hearing this from many of our guests. They are a wealth of knowledge and all have lived in the area for many years, glad they were able to assist. Practical but nothing special

The condo itself was pretty tired. Beds were not the most comfortable. Heat was funky - eventually we figured it out, but only a very cold start and a hot night. The bathrooms were nice. The living area was spacious. The kitchen pots and pans were poor quality - everything stuck to the skillets and there were no cookie sheets. The hot tub near the condo was closed (and looks like it wasn't a temporary issue). The other pool/hot tubs were about a block away, and we weren't ever sure if we would be able to find parking close to the condo. The shuttle service was wonderful! Drivers were friendly and helpful. It made the location perfect for getting to/from the gondola (which led to the slopes). It worked as a place to crash after skiing, but I think we would look for other options or an updated condo (esp. beds) if we return to Beaver Creek.

Avon Ski Vacation

Comfortable, convenient property equipped with all you need in the way of appliances and household supplies. Basically, each of the 3 bedrooms had its own full bath (great). Excellent location for accessing the town of Avon, support services, and both Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas. Shuttle transportation was efficient too.

Dated / Well-used condo in very nice community.

Very Accommodating on check in and ski shuttle. WiFi exceptionally slow. No kitchen cleaning soap or supplies. No toiletries (shampoo conditioner lotion) Pictures are a deceptive. Dark and dated. Avon is nice city with things close at hand

So sorry you felt the photos of our were "deceptive" but they are true actual photos we took ourselves, of the condo. This condo is for the budget minded, hence the fantastic price for a three bedroom condo with heated pool, three hot tubs and free skier shuttle. As explained at check in all you had to do was call us at the desk and we have dish soap and such for when the condo is out. Also apologies about the shampoo and such but we have listed as something that we don't provide since everyone has their own favorites. Cheers and safe travels.

Exceeded our expectations!

I rented this condo for a ski weekend with friends. There's only a few pictures of the place, (which by the way don't do it justice), so I was a little hesitant at first to what the place was going to look like, but boy did it exceed our expectations. The kitchen was spacious and newly renovated. Big kitchen table. Cozy living room. Two out of the three the bedrooms had their own full bathroom. There was another full bathroom right across from the bedroom without the bathroom. All the bedrooms were nicely spread out from each other giving everyone some privacy at the end of the night. Right outside the back of the condo is where one of the hot tubs is located. Very convenient! All in all we definitely recommend this place to small groups of family/friends. Oh, and the front porch is great too, equipped with a nice grill! Just great. Also, free shuttle to beaver creek was the cherry on top!
