Beautiful villa with sea view and Ile Rousse

Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only.

One never tires of watching the sea, and every evening a beautiful sunset on the Ile de la Pietra. Beautiful villa located in a residential area at the foot of Monticello and near Ile Rousse. Very functional, fully equipped with quality components, excellent especially bedding, heated swimming pool and terrace with lovely sea views give it a definite plus.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Monticello

Die Villa liegt oberhalb von l'Ile Rousse mit schönem Blick über die Stadt und auf das Meer, der durch Bebauung, Bewuchs und Entfernung aber teilweise eingeschränkt ist. Mittelpunkt der Villa waren für uns Terrasse und Pool, die wir sehr gut genutzt haben. Die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung. An einigen Stellen ist zu bemerken, dass die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Und der untere Teil des Gartens ist wenig gepflegt (daher die kleinen Abzüge). Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter/Betreuer war problemlos. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hätten ruhig im Preis inbegriffen sein dürfen. Es gibt aber eine sehr zuverlässige und nette Wäscherei, die die Wäsche auch liefert und abholt (Notte Corsa in l'Ile Rousse; Jaques spricht auch Deutsch). Wir sind mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) gereist. Die älteren Kinder haben den separaten Wohnungsteil genutzt. Insgesamt alles gut und empfehlenswert.

Fantastisk hus med flott beliggenhet!

Perfekt å leie dette huset for to familier. Flott badebasseng og oversiktlig i forhold til å ha med barn. Deilig å sitte under pergola'n på dagtid og på kvelden og man er i nær kontakt med badebassenget. Fine og rolige omgivelser. Enkelt å parkere med to biler. Gode grillfasiliteter. Det eneste negative er at det burde være vifter i alle soverom siden det kun er aircondition i stua. Det blir derfor varmt på natta. I tillegg må man leie sengetøy, det burde være inkludert i prisen siden dette huset er høyt priset. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste!
