Welcome to Villa Magna # 354A:



Villa Magna Residences is a gated community offering 24 hour security with on-site property manager. 



Located a short walk to Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping,restaurants as well as 24 hour medical assistance. 



We are 15 minutes away from the International Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. Villa Magna Residence is located adjacent to 'Dreams Villa Magna', an all-inclusive 5-Star resort. 



Here you will find full service restaurants, spa, 4 swimming pools, hot tub and great beach palapas and loungers. Wonderful complex right on the beach with plenty of onsite entertainment.



 Absolutely no booking are allowed for more than 6-this is Villa magna rules for condos this size (not ours) Security will deny entrance-we accept no responsibility if renters exceed the numbers. 



 We have a local property manager that offers airport pick-up, pre-grocery shopping and tour booking services. She is available during your stay should you require any assistance during your stay. 



 The master suite has a king size bed with ensuite, including soaker jacuzzi tub. Glass sliding doors lead directly to the deck overlooking the infinity pool. 



The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent bathroom.



 The den or third bedroom has a couch with a slide out (trundle bed), perfect for the kids,including its own bathroom. Top quality linens and duvets are used throughout. 



 The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking utensils. Fridge with filtered water, stovetop with 4 full burners , air fryer, and dishwasher. 



The unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. 



Enjoy the sunsets, while BBQ'ing on the deck. 



 Flat screen TV's with satellite are in both the living room and master bedroom. Internet service available for your convenience. 



Boogie boards available for use.
