About this property

Beautiful farmhouse with private pool exclusive rental up to 15 people

Fully equipped farmhouse with private swimming pool and big outdoor garden and terraces... Wi-Fi free internet conncetion, air conditioning, barbecue, just on the countryside, 20 minutes driving from the beaches and absolute privacy guaranteed! This is what it means spend a beautiful vacation our 'Le Meridiane' farmhouse.

This holiday rentals is in Candeasco on the Impero Valley near the village of Borgomaro, just 19 kmtrs from Imperia and beaches. I would be very happy to welcome you in our farmhouse. Imperia is located on the Italian Riviera, between Genoa and Nice.

This accommodation is the result of our love for our land.

Then I suggest you to visit us and spend an exclusive holiday away from the traffic and noises. The farmhouse 'Le Meridiane' is 20 minute driving car from Imperia city centre and beaches. The residence consists of two units, which will be fully available for your use.

The first building has been completely renovated and has a large dining room with stone walls, professional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a sofa bed / 145 cm x 190 cm + 1 single bed) and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.

The second building is completely new and has 4 independent bedrooms. These bedrooms are all equipped with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, balcony or terrace, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and safe.

Our residence has a big outside parking and free internet wi-fi connection for all tourists.

Our strength is the pool. It allows you to spend pleasant hours of relax. The pool will be open from mid-May to the end of September.

Our holiday rentals has also laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The terrace is spacious and equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs and barbecue.

We will offer you the opportunity to pick fresh vegetables from our garden when you need it.

Pets are allowed.


Please note that a deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Sauberes gepflegtes Anwesen. Die Zimmer haben eine recht gute Ausstattung, leider geht der Fernseher nur auf wenigen Italienischen Programmen, auch nicht immer. Der Ess-Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr großzügig auch der Außenbereich. Es sind genügend Tische und Stühle da. Die Küche ist gut mit Großgeräten wie, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Leider fehlt es an fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten wie, Schneidebrettchen, Handrührgerät usw. sowie an Gläsern jeglicher Art, auch waren nur 4 normale Kaffeetassen da, ansonsten nur Kaffeehumpen.

traumhaftes Anwesen

Wir (4 Familien mit insgesamt 15 Personen) wurden vom Verwalter Paolo sehr herzlich empfangen und durch das Anwesen geführt. Der erste Einruck hat sich über die 14 Tage Aufenthalt bestätigt- alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung reichlich und exclusiv ( Geschirr, Sitzplätze, Liegestühle,W-lan, Handtücher, kombinierter Grill mit Pizzaofen, Kühlschrank und Fön auf jedem Zimmer..) In fast allen Räumen gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das alles wurde jedoch noch getoppt- vom besten Service den wir je hatten- vielen Dank nochmals an Paolo und Pietro der jeden Tag die gesamten Anlage pflegte. Überrascht waren wir, da das gesamte Obst und Gemüse, das im sehr geplfegten Garten reifte, geerntet werden durfte. Die Empfehlungen von Paolo bezüglich Restaurant und Strände waren sehr gut, zusätzlich lag genügend Infomaterial bereit. Das Haus ist uneingeschrängt zu empfehlen. Das Haus und das Örtchen Borgomaro liegen schön zwischen Olivenhainen. Es gibt einen kleinen "Tante Emma Laden", eine Bar, Apotheke und Restaurants im Ort und die Einwohner sehr freundlich.

Petit coin de paradis

Merveilleux séjour. La ferme se situe au cœur d'une propriété d'oliviers en pleine campagne, dans un cadre de verdure et d'écologie. Nous remercions Federica et Paolo pour leur disponibilité et accueil en toute simplicité. La ferme est un ancien restaurant pouvant accueillir 12 personnes en tout confort. L'équipement de la cuisine est d'ailleurs en conséquence. L'annexe qui a été récemment construite est climatisée. Tout a été prévu : linge de lit, de toilette, sèche cheveux, réfrigérateur dans les chambres, wifi, lave linge, sèche linge, dépliants touristiques en langue française... Nous avons même pu profiter des légumes du potager spécialement prévus pour les vacanciers, qui nous ont permis de concocter de bons petits plats locaux. Bref, le service et le cadre étaient impeccables, encore merci pour tout :)
