Villa of 120 m2 for 10 people with swimming pool on raised and flowered ground (1100 m2) close to the sea (two beaches at 1200 m).
Fully air-conditioned house, 4 bedrooms:
On the ground floor two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and one with a 140 bed and two 90 beds on the mezzanine), 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and wc (one with a 160 bed and one with a 180 bed (or 2 times 90).
Dining room living room with flat screen TV, open fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, induction hobs etc ...). Garage. Large terraces around the house and the swimming pool with outdoor shower, barbecue area, outdoor furniture tables, chairs, deckchairs, etc. Shops at 4Km (Ste Lucie)

Sauberkeit

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kinder haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Den Pool haben wir viel genutzt. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht zufrieden. Als wir die Tagesdecken auf den Betten erfernt haben, gab es einige Haare und Krümel auf allen Überzügen. In der Küche gab es in vielen Schränken und Schubladen ebenfalls Krümel, Essensteste und Flecken. Wir haben daraufhin angefragt, ob bitte nochmals jemand nachputzen kann. Es kam am nächsten Tag jemand vorbei, allerdings wurden dann nur oberflächlich die wenige Stellen gereinigt, die wie per Foto reklamiert hatten. Überwiegend war die Küche nicht sauber.

Belle maison près de Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio

Maison idéale pour des vacances entre amis. Nous étions 2 familles de 5, 4 chambres , tout le monde à son espace. Lotissement calme et agréable, extérieur très jolie. Des propriétaires très à l'écoute , disponibles et prévenant. Un grand merci, nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Maison agréable à vivre et conforme à l’annonce. Proche des plages. Bon séjour ! Seul bémol qui a son importance est l’absence d’accès WIFI vu la mauvaise qualité du réseau 4G
